Berry Bay Smoothies — Restaurant in Hayden

I absolutely WILL NOT be going back there! My husband and I walked in and were the only people there, soon after we placed our order about 14 or 15 people came flooding in. We got my husbands Açaí bowl after waiting for a while and then sat there for another 15-20 minutes and watched as they handed every single other person that came in AFTER us their drinks. After every other person received their drinks we waited for another 5 minutes and finally received my drink and left almost an HOUR after arriving. I’ll tell you what if you’re gonna make people wait an hour for a smoothie the chairs could at least be more comfortable than picnic chairs. As far as the smoothie goes I ordered the key lime froyo blend and it tasted like ice cream with syrup blended into it, and I’m confused as to why there were oats in it? Not worth that long of a wait at any rate, but then again I don’t think any smoothie is. First time here. I am a acai bowl fanatic. I decided to finally give this place a try. Horrible tasting, liquid mess. Only banana, peanut butter and granola for 12 dollars is a lot compared to another local place. I've had many bowls from many places and this was so Horrible. I'm sure the shakes are great. Service was amazing. To ad to comment below, I know you use acai powder and how it's blended because I asked. However, yes your bowl, when I got it was only banana, peanut butter and some honey. Nothing else. Which is fine buy even the base was a soupy mess. So yes this was berry bay. Not another place. Further reply, Are you sure about that? The smoothies taste good, they looked nice and tasted great! The smoothie bowls on the other hand.. awful. Complete liquid. On top of that the toppings were so minimal it was just a bowl of soup. When I mean soup like I mean I just drank it with a thin coffee straw in my car. It was tasty soup though.

In response to the owner. I don't understand your rude reply. I didn't ask for compensation and I did comment on how I enjoyed my smoothie and still ate my smoothie bowl. I also did eat my bowl immediately in your parking lot. I chose not to waste your expensive fruit by remaking it but rather eating what I was given and giving an honest review.
