GameStop — Attraction in Helena

largely overpriced merchandise. but that’s not this particular store’s fault.

what IS their fault is the large amount of expired signs around the store for discounts. we asked for the buy two get one free offer on used items, and they told us that it was expired. a quick scan around the store revealed 3-4 ADDITIONAL signs that were expired. when we brought it up to them, they blew it off and made crummy excuses as to why they weren’t taken down. then proceeded to only take down one of the signs we pointed out. crummy customer service, wanted to spend more time talking to each other about restaurants the allow you to be barefoot (???). overall poor experience there. sad, considering i love stopping by to...

As a Funko collector I frequent this shop quite often because it is the only GameStop in Helena. It is quite unprofessional that the staff here are allowed to buy special Pops that come in to the shop, keep them behind the counter and when I ask if it is for sale they tell me no and laugh in my face. Then proceed to brag and say it is for their collection. This has happened a few times now. It is quite a gut punch since I have spent thousands of dollars in their shop over the past few years. I purchased an Xbox One controller from the Gamestop website and picked it up at the store the in Helena yesterday. At the time of this posting, curbside store pickup was the only option available (other than delivery). In-store shopping was not allowed which was a bummer only because I would have liked to see if there were any other color options in stock.
