Echo Data Systems — Attraction in Hendersonville

I came in a few years ago with an old laptop knowing nothing about it. They decided to take advantage of that and try to charge for something that couldnt be fixed or useful. I was driving by and they were sketchy as it was, we called they said my laptop was in pieces and being repaired, I stop by and see it was still sitting on the counter not even cared for. The only thing it needed was a screen replacement and they threatened all the photos and data on it then tried to say my windows was outdated which had nothing to do with the problem and I didnt need an update. Then they took advantage of me and made me buy a 2tb external hard drive then tried to sell me a whole other "refurbished" laptop that was recalled years ago for the problematic system overall but said it would work sooo great.I really would not...
