Outstanding Service and Expertise at Cell Depot

I had a wonderful experience at Cell Depot, located at 344 Elden St, Herndon, VA. The owner exudes a sense of calm, which is incredibly reassuring when you're dealing with urgent cell phone issues. It's clear that he’s a knowledgeable professional who has tackled all kinds of problems before, and his expertise helped ease my panic.

The repair process was swift, and I received updates throughout. I brought in my badly crushed iPhone 13 Pro Max, and it was no problem for him to restore it to a like-new condition. I also had a screen repair done on an iPhone XS. Not only did he fix the screen, but he also performed additional services to correct the brightness issue, all while offering great deals on cases and high-quality screen protectors.

The staff at Cell Depot are equally skilled and capable of repairing other devices, such as game controllers, which I plan to try next since my son is rough on ours. They also sell new phones and tablets in-store, which is an added bonus.

EDITED READ UNTIL THE END Literally the worst service I've ever received anywhere (mind you, I've said in hotels with roaches on multiple occasions). It they took 2 weeks to fix my screen and broke the power and volume buttons in the process. They "repaired" the buttons, but the volume down button still didn't work, which is when I was told no one ever bothered to test it! Three weeks later I finally have my phone back, but the screen has random bright spots on it that won't go away.

On top of everything, the manager was not helpful at all about the situation. It shouldn't cost $100+ to have a phone screen replaced when it takes 3 weeks to fix it.

EDIT: My phone stopped charging about a month later, so I opened the back to take out the battery and the inside of the phone is filled with electrical tape?! I'm not sure what went wrong but they did NOT tell me about it when I picked the phone up. There is absolutely no reason a phone should be filled with electrical tape after...

I could literally write a book about the store. It’s literally one of the best cell phone stores I have ever been to.

The customer service that Ferhan gives is so amazing. I came in here with a broken screen and he left with a smile. He was able to get my cell phone fixed in 15 minutes.

Ferhan was able to replace my iPhone screen and get me out the door . SERVICE like this is so hard to find.

Above and beyond service is a lost art these days! It’s such an honor having a store like this in my city.
