Paradise Indian Cuisine — Restaurant in Herndon

When a Restaurant is this Good and The Food is Exactly Authentic - I wanted to Write an Honest and Well Deserved Review of How Perfect the Food is Prepared and Served.

I have been dining at Paradise Indian Cuisine for more than 6 Years and I keep going back - Because the Food Tastes Like How it is Served Back home in our Countries.

If you haven't been to Paradise Indian Cuisine - I Honestly think you are missing the Taste - The Aroma - And how succulent the Flavors are in the Items that are served at this Well Cared for and Neatly Kept Restaurant.

Personally - My Favorite is the Goat Curry - It has that Aroma and Flavor - That reminds me - When you go to one of those Street Restaurants back in our countries.

I always have the Goat Curry with Rice and I highly recommend that.

You will also truly enjoy the Butter Chicken as the Flavors - The Perfectly Blended Spices and Everything Mixed Together - Keeps me wanting to go back Again And Again.

That is just the Meat and Protein - But you also have to try their Vegetarian Section - And Everything it Offers.

The Vegetable Biryani and that Aroma of the Basmati Rice - One Word to Describe - FRESHNESS. You can sense that FRESHNESS - As soon as you walk inside the Restaurant.

The Palak Paneer - The Chunna Masala - Fried Allu Potatoes - And GOBI Manchurian are My All Time Favorites on the Vegetable Section.

And the Salad Section - Is Never Ending - Everything is Green - And Perfectly Fresh to Add the Salad items next to your Main Meal.

The Idly - Palak Paneer - And Sambar are amazingly delicious and I've always had them with my meal.

Also - The Potato Pakoras taste just like a restaurant I once visited in a small town called Lahore - Pakistan.

The Goat Biryani - With Goat Curry and a Side of Naan Bread - With Salad - And Onions and Tomatoes Salad with Daahi Chutney and Mixed Pickle. That reminds me of a small street side restaurant in Mumbai.

And all this is just on the week day menu.

On the Weekends - The Menu is even more enhanced.

Hulva Puri - Chooleh - and Enhanced Version of Karahie Chicken and So much more that I cannot even mention Here.

Honestly - I just cannot say Enough Good things about how Excellent and Perfect the Food is Served Here.

The Restaurant is Clean - Well Maintained - In A Perfect Location - In the Heart of Downtown Herndon Virginia.

The Dining Tables are Well Organized and Situated in Such a Manner that it has that Welcoming Feeling that makes you want to go back again and again.

If you have not been to Paradise Indian Cuisine - Please Visit this Beautiful Home away from Home Dining and You will know what AUTHENTIC Food is.

The Tandoori Chicken - Has all the Blended Flavors - Like Onions - Tomatoes - Hurri Mirch - All Combined with that Yogurt Marinade.

As a Customer - I have written a Very HONEST and SINCERE Review of Paradise Indian Cuisine and I will also Share Some Incredible Pictures - Of Just a Few of the Delicacies Served Here.

The Pictures - Really - Amazing - But You have to try the Food on your Own.

And dont forget the Mango Lussi with Your Meal.

And My Final Sentence Here - Paradise Indian Cuisine - Is the ONLY BUFFET in Reston - Herndon - Sterling.

Well, this WAS my go-to spot for Indian food buffet, but I think this may be my last visit. This is one of the few Indian restaurants that still offer buffet.

They still have a full buffet, but now I'm wondering if everything is actually freshly made or reheated since there are so few customers and they have daily buffet. Maybe they have more crowds during the weekday buffet from nearby businesses. The butter chicken used to be delicious, but this visit, it was just too heavy on the tomato flavor. The raita (yogurt) tasted a little sour, not sure if it was old or spoiled.

The staff were the same, one woman stands there staring off into space (or out the window) and eventually picks up dirty dishes. Don't get me wrong, she is very sweet, but it's a little uncomfortable sitting at the window and she's just standing there facing our direction. The guy who rings us out, just sits there at his counter, this time I did see him getting food from the buffet, but he doesn't do much else. Then there are staff that sit on one side of the dining room eating....they seated us away from that side, so I guess that's why.

This as well as my last couple visits, there weren't many customers dining. Actually, there were were more staff eating in the dining area than there were customers. The table cloths, curtains, walls, bathroom area are still dirty....and have been even from my pre-pandemic visits. I think that was the final straw for me. This is such a nice strip mall, there is no reason for this restaurant to look like or worse than a "hole in the wall" restaurant.

Would I return? No, sadly I won't. Would I recommend it? Definitely not.

I've been coming to this restaurant pre-pandemic and came 2xs afterwards. They are really the only restaurant in the area that still offers buffet 7 days a week, $19.99/person. They offer takeaway from the buffet at 7.99/lb.

I'm sure it's packed during the work week, but when I went during the weekend, It wasn't very busy. They had full buffet, both veg and non veg options. The food wasn't exceptional or like how it used to be. The puri was slightly dry and fried cauliflower was extremely greasy. The butter chicken wasn't as good as it used to be. I was feeling adventurous and tried items I normally wouldn't, like the fried cauliflower, fried fish, the eggplant curry, etc. They do offer water bottles (and charge), which I prefer instead of using glasses.

The restaurant itself is not well-kept. the hallway to the bathroom looks filthy. The table cloths are all dirty and has been consistently like this the last 3 times I came here. The curtains had holes and were dirty as well. The music was nice, started off with instrumental music and switched to what sounded like film songs.

There wasn't much interaction with the staff except for when we were seated and they were collecting dirty plates.

I would return as they do have the full buffet, but I hope they plan on cleaning up the place and replacing the dirty tablecloths and...

Three Times to Be Exact.

And I wanted to take this opportunity and write my TRUE Comments AGAIN - On this Exceptionally Beautiful and PREFECT Restaurant.

I eat at Paradise many times during the week.

And The Flavor - The Aroma - The Freshness of Ingredients is The MAIN Reason I keep coming back.

I work very near Paradise Cuisine and there are MANY MANY Excellent Restaurants in Herndon.

But PARADISE - Is Number ONE - When it comes to - The Taste and Quality of their Food.

My favorite are - The Goat Curry - Chicken Curry.

And just last week - I tried their Vegeterian Curry Tomatoes and Paneer and it was Exceptionally Perfectly cooked.

I have been eating at Paradise Cuisine for nearly 4 years now - And It really is The Finest.

Their Tandoori Chicken has that Smoky Flavor to it - To give it that Authenticity.

I look for forward almost every day to go to Paradise Cuisine.

If you've never eaten here before - Give it a try and I believe you'll very much enjoy their food.

Paradise Indian Cuisine - Has got to be the BEST and The Finest Authentic Cuisine in Herndon. I go to Paradise on a regular basis at the Food is Incredibly FRESH - Authentic and Perfectly Seasoned with the right spices. The Customer Service is Professional and Spot on. Sudakhar is very friendly - Sincere and Honest. There is a reason why this restaurant is called Paradise Indian Cuisine. I work very close to this restaurant and there are many other choices. But I always go to Paradise. They have so many choices. Chicken - Goat - And the vegetarian section is exceptional. Honestly - Give this restaurant a try and you will be very happy you did. Another Review - May 31, 2020 - For an exceptional restaurant like Paradise Indian Cuisine - I am writing a 2nd review. This restaurant the staff - Are exceptional - They deserve and have earned not 5 Stars. But 10 Plus STARS. Today - I ordered from their take out menu. Chicken 65, Chicken Biryani and Bhindi (OKRA) and the food was incredibly well prepared and fresh. Their website and straightforward and simple to navigate and they have many choices and they prepare food according to how you'd like it prepared. Honestly, I love this place.
