I wandered in here, out-of-towner cold & blue soaked in a surprise rainy day. Dawn was so very friendly & helpful, she listened compassionately & led me straight to the center of the shop. After briefly explaining, she played a singing bowl to me associated with Throat Chakra. She played but shortly yet the sensation in my chest was as if the notes were educating my lungs to grow a tiny bit larger, a little looser, inflate easier. I felt like those notes carried some of the weights of the burdens of the day away, creating much needed breathing space. My mind brightened, Dawn showed me a variety of other items that might meet my needs. Then she did something most salespeople would never do: Dawn stepped back. She encouraged me to wander through, to take my time, look around, to feel it out. She said my intuition would guide me to whatever I needed. She didn't tell me what was what or what she thought I needed, she made suggestions, offered alternatives & then allowed space for whatever arose. I feel she helped guide me toward a space within myself, a space within each of us, the innate wisdom that is ours regardless of external variables or factors. In this comfortable, nurturing space I feel I found exactly what I needed & made the purchases I was meant to make today. I learned so much in a very brief visit. Thank you again Dawn. Absolutely rancid, vile energy the moment I set foot into the store. I’ve been to dozens of metaphysical stores, and travelled well over 100 miles for some. This one is by far the worst I’ve seen. The attendant behind the counter was not wearing a mask, despite the spreading delta variant. That was the first indicator that this shop is inclined to ignorance. It only got worse from there. Fake dream catchers made of plastic beads and feathers, overpriced and obviously fake rose quartz, plastic Buddha statues, Chinese wall scrolls, white sage in plastic baggies strung up onto a rack, not unlike tacky cheap keychains you might find in an airport or commercialized beachfront, fill the entire store. For those unaware (staff, this definitely means you!) white sage is a closed practice to indigenous culture. It never has been, or will be, for white people to buy, sell, or use. This is considered common knowledge in most spiritual circles. Much less a metaphysical store, Crystalis is much more a collection of cherry picked cultures poorly and disrespectfully imitated for the entertainment and consumption of the insensitive and uneducated. It’s 2021, this type of thoughtless, appropriative, and dangerous business needs to come to an end. I encourage consumers to take their business elsewhere. I left without even touching, let alone purchasing, anything from this establishment....

This place is zen-credible! When you walk through the door, you can immediately feel the healing vibrations. The staff members are friendly and super knowledgeable and can assist you with choosing the perfect items to help you along your spiritual journey, but speak softly in reverence of the gifts nature has manifested here. Mother Earth’s bounty is in abundance in every corner. You can select raw crystals and stones in every shape, size and type from the island of loose pieces. There are stones meticulously carved into beautiful shapes, pendulums, singing bowls, chakra tuning forks, books, jewelry, intention candles and more! Do yourself a favor and just quietly stand close to the enormous amethyst in the back corner and feel the power. I have never gone into this store and come out empty handed. It is a great place to find special gifts as well. We have been coming here for many years and have never been disappointed. On Sunday, I was looking at the quartz singing bowls when a team member approached and asked if he could play them for me. I regret that I did not get his name as he was so spiritual and kind. Rayshon also interacted with me and my family during our visit, giving us so much useful information; sharing his gifts in such a spiritual and caring way. So grateful that the Universe...
