I love shopping at Aldi but the experience in this store was very unpleasant. We arrived to make our purchase at 8:40 pm. At the door was an employee with the machine used to clean the floors. With some difficulty we entered the store but we never imagined that completing our purchases for the weekend would be an experience. The woman at the door was in a hurry to finish cleaning the store. He was going through the corridors at full speed practically brushing the clients' feet with his machine. In his crazy career he collided with a large car, those used by employees to transport products and place them in the aisles. For the benefit of those who were there, with the crash the floor cleaning machine dropped a piece and while the unfortunate customers were repaired we had a little time to complete our purchases without our feet continuing to run in danger. The woman sat on the floor to repair the damage, while conversing in a very high volume with another employee announcing that she had already cleaned the bathrooms and therefore they were closed, that she had decided to clean the floors earlier among other things. Suddenly, he stopped and started with his diabolical machine while the conversation continued screaming. We decided to leave, if we had forgotten something, it didn't matter, the integrity of our feet and our ears was more important. We did not want to continue exposing ourselves to be victims of irresponsibility of an employee and lack of supervision of...
Read moreBREAD WITH FUNGUS in ALDI Hialeah 49 st and have the worst costumer service, don't care about the fungus if you don't show the receipt. First the cashier employed said Fungus is not a reasonable issue to ask to talk with the Manager. Then Manager coming with bad manners just asking for receipt previous to talk about the Fungus in the Aldi products. The employees said Fungus are distributors fault not Aldi's fault. General manager said she does not trust without seeing a purchase receipt (receipt loosed because no shopping bags.) Because she don't see the receipt she don't have to apologies about the FUNGUS she said with bad manners. I don't claim to receive money back or any kind refund.. I though I don't need receipt to inform Aldi about they selling food with FUNGUS. I tell to her if she don't care about the situation then goin to post it in social media, she said don't care about either. 25 Years experience buying in Aldi in Europe and suggesting Aldi to my relatives.. now very disappointed my people laugh about my recommendation. NOW I HAVE THE WORST OPINION ABOUT ALDI. The bread was sold to me (January 6, 2022) one day before its expiration date. Aldi don't have money to pay customer's service employees to answer the phone for complains. The chipper...
Read moreThere is a Cuban young woman that works in the cashier that need some customer service classes and better training. She mixed my items with the items of the person in front of me. I had put a bag in between since there were no divides (sticks) to separate items. She wasn't paying attention even though the other lady was already in the other side ready to pay and I was standing in front of her and continue scanning endlessly. In top of that when the other lady told her she had mixed some items she got upset and put an attitude and told me that I needed to ask for the sticks instead of putting the bag. She had the sticks all stocked at the cashier where she was sitting (IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE AND OF NO USE TO THE CUSTOMER)!. LADY: First, the customer does not need to ask you for anything. Those sticks have a purpose and are for customers and to be used by customers, hence should be available to customers visibly. Second: Do your job correctly and line them up so customers can see them and use them. Third: You need an attitude transformation and start taking responsibility for your mistakes and stop blaming others and specially "DO NOT BLAME CUSTOMERS". That attitude may have worked somewhere else but...
