Poor customer service. I stood in line in the express line and waited my turn. As I was scanning the items I was purchasing there was a product that was not scanning correctly. I saw an employee was busy attending to another customer so I continued scanning the rest of my items and as i was ready to scan that product I requested for assistance since she was not busy then I asked for assistance. Before I can even explain correctly my issue an employee named Esperanza stopped me halfway and spoke to me in a rude manner and said the sticker was never going to scan (did not try to do it herself or input it manually) she continued to say aloud that I had two choices to walk myself to the meat department and replace it myself or just not buy the product at all that she couldn't assist me at all because there was other customers she needed to attend to. All of this was in a rude manner that even my 12 year old son asked me quietly why was she so rude. My response to her was if I can speak to a manager and she then leaves all the customers unattened to bring another employee. As I explain to the employee she interrupts me again and said yes that is exactly what I said in a louder manner. At that point I was mortified and asked her to please let me explain and she kept talking over me. I decided to not make any more of a scene than what she was making and walked out. I feel this employee needs to be trained on how to treat customers. I shop at another fresco on a weekly basis and never have I felt this mistreated. Read moreI had a problem with Lina de Customer Service Manager at that location b cause she didn’t wanted to honor a promotion, I asked her to call the store manager and she said that he was there and I could go an look for Him through the store, I went to the meat and deli department and they sent me to the front of the store to wait for the GM and they had me waiting with my sick daughter at the front of the store for over 40 mins to talk to the Store Manager that never showed up. After having me standing there for 40 mins that same woman called the police on Me when I was doing nothing wrong. The officer said to me that the store manager refused to come and talk to Me. I already called Corporate and open a complaint against Her and Sebastian the Store Manager. Read moreI stopped to buy two items i was hoping to be able to pay and leave quick since it was only rwo items. None of the pay lines would move it was a nightmare so i went to the customer service at the front of the store in hopes to pay and finally be able to leave that did not happen. A man had a major money transaction going on with the cashier as if it was a bank and in front of me i had 2 other customers waiting for service as well. Long story short the man in front of me and myself left our items and left out the door very upset and sickened.
