Wish I could give 0. Came in on may 6th and was double charged for my transaction. Called the store and the say they have been made aware of the situation, everything is resolved and refunds have been issued. I’ve emailed customer service and they share the same information with me. I speak to my bank who doesn’t hold funds, and they say they see no refund coming through. Call the store which I lost brain cells doing. No care in the world and no answers as to where my money is. Mind you I’m in the store at least 2-3 times a week and have spent a lot of money at this location so to just be told I don’t know where your money is or what to do about a mistake on THERE end blows my mind. This will be my last time ever dealing with this shady company. I have made many, many purchaces there and throughout the Triad at multiple locations. Recently I needed a rechargable battery to fit a cartridge I already own. My sole purpose for this trip. I immediately tested it does not work with it. I called for a possible exchange, I was denied. I simply can't justify continuing to spend upwards of $100-150 a week for various other needs when you don't have support for a low cost item. Unfortunately I will no longer be shopping there.
