Hobby Lobby — Local services in High Point

I absolutely love this company store💜but the customer service ranks very low they are not in a rush to help the customers...they always have a line because they only have one register open or two registers open but 10 to 15 people standing in line waiting to be serviced. It's absolutely a nightmare just like Michaels craft store.( They are terrible with customer service) the staff never seems to understand the sales they have to have somebody to come up to the register and go and find out a price it's terrible. I usually stand in line at least 10 minutes every single visit. I'm going to start ordering online to make things a little smoother but guess what happened this particular day when I went to hobby Lobby. This particular store is super super clean there was a manager standing at the door it took a few minutes for him to realize they needed to call somebody up to the front for help by the time he did it was about eight people waiting in one line. But he got somebody up there and the line went down I've never seen that happen before usually the people stand around waiting for somebody to come we looking for management staff walking around on the floor hobby Lobby please do something with your customer service skills it has to get better you have to outdo Michaels they have no clue what customer service is and they don't even have the items...

I needed a mirror that the Greensboro location was out of. GSO store told me there was a store in Winston or Burlington I could try and that's where I was about to go when this High Point location popped up on Google maps!! I had no idea there was a Hobby Lobby in high point and it was only 20 mins away from the GSO location. I'm not sure why they didn't recommend this one since it's the closest but man was I blown away. Much bigger store (at least it seemed like it to me), way more organized especially in the floral section and they have extremely friendly staff.
