I have been dying to try out the new 7 Brew in High Point after having it in Texas a few years back, however, I am very disappointed. There are a lot of positives to this establishment such as the staff and the atmosphere (only gave 4/5 stars because the music was wayy too loud).
The staff is very friendly and the customer service is great. The atmosphere makes everyone feel welcomed, but the music is just a tad bit loud!
Like I said, I was so excited to try this new location, but it unfortunately did not meet my expectations. I went there yesterday and ordered a Sugar Free Salty and Sweet which sounded so good, but all I got was milk. We also ordered the Irish Cream Original and my husband and I could not tell the difference in the 2 drinks…even the workers did not know which was which!!! I ended up trying to add coffee from the house in it and then gave up trying and just threw it out.
I went back today to give it another chance and to express my concerns because I was really looking forward to having another coffee shop in the area!!! I got the same thing, but with whole milk and half sweet (because they apparently use cream instead of milk) so I was once again, super excited and then very disappointed. It was all milk. I was able to actually taste the flavoring this time which was a plus, but it looks like I’m drinking a cup of milk once again. The whole milk did make a slight difference as it was not as thick as it was yesterday, but there is no coffee in this drink. I was told I should try it with an extra shot (which is extra) if I wanted more of a coffee flavor, and I feel like that shouldn’t be the case when I’m ordering a coffee.

Read moreThis has consistently been the slowest 7Brew I’ve visited, and I’ve been to four others. This was my fourth time at this location, and unfortunately, the wait times seem to get longer each visit. On this visit, I waited 18 minutes in line with only six cars ahead of me, which feels excessive compared to other locations.
I also noticed a lack of organization among staff. Several employees were outside but not actively taking orders with tablets, which contributed to the slower pace. On top of that, the music was blaring so loudly that I had to repeat my order three times, and even then, it was made incorrectly. While I did pay for the “extras”.
I ordered light ice with two extra shots of espresso. What I received was a drink full of ice and very light in color, which clearly didn’t match the request. When I asked for it to be corrected, the response I received was dismissive and unprofessional. I was told, “Girl, I don’t know what to tell you, this is light ice. I just asked the person who made it and they said they put espresso in it. We can take ice out and give it back.” Being addressed in that way by staff did not feel respectful, and the solution offered didn’t address the issue. I asked my drink back as I am not going to argue with someone who can’t be held accountable.
I don’t typically leave mega reviews, but I hope management sees this as constructive feedback. With better training on customer service, communication, and order accuracy, I think this location could greatly improve. Once those pieces are in place, I’m confident speed of service...
Read moreToday was our second trip to High Point location. We sat in line so long after ordering when we got our frozen drink order it was hot. The manager tried to refund our order before she could find our order to refund us they had remade 2 of our drinks. They were not busy when we pulled in and the other line had 10-15 cars go through the line that came in after we pulled in. Five employees left at the same time causing even more confusion. Just over all a bad experience that truly leaves the feeling of not wanting to go back. And I hate that because our first experience wasn’t like this. The employees were so confused the car in front of us order wasn’t even in the system. In the mean time other drink orders were coming out and sitting continually getting warm/cold.
