✨ Absolutely magical experience! ✨
We recently celebrated our daughter’s birthday with a Princess Playdate at Reserving Royalty Fairytale Palace, and it was truly AMAZING. Hosting a full party wasn’t in our budget, so I’m incredibly grateful that Princess Playdates are even an option—they offer a personalized and enchanting experience without the full-party price tag.
Our daughter specifically requested Rapunzel, and from start to finish, the whole experience exceeded every expectation. The communication beforehand was excellent—clear emails with all the rules, tips, and instructions made everything smooth and stress-free. We had no trouble finding the venue, and as soon as we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and kindness.
After a short wait, a Fairy Godmother escorted us back for the big moment. And let me tell you, Rapunzel was phenomenal. My daughter tends to be a little shy, but within minutes she was holding Rapunzel’s hand, chatting, laughing, and completely immersed in the magic. The actress was the perfect embodiment of the character—sweet, spunky, creative, gentle, and full of joy.
The venue itself is like stepping into a dream: beautifully themed décor, Disney music playing softly in the background, and a carefully planned experience that included crafts, nail painting, a mini makeover, a tea party, storytime, a birthday cupcake, and a gift—all of which delighted our daughter beyond words.
But more than just fun, this was truly magical. Watching our daughter experience this felt like witnessing pure wonder. My husband and I were talking afterward about how special it must feel to go through something like this as a child—and honestly, it even healed something in my own inner child. It was that moving.
We absolutely recommend Reserving Royalty to anyone looking for a magical, heartwarming, and unforgettable experience. To Rapunzel, the Fairy Godmothers, and all the staff—thank you so much for making our little girl’s birthday so deeply special. We’ll cherish it always and...
Read moreI hosted a birthday party at Reserving Royalty today. While the overall experience had some magical moments, there were also some unfortunate disappointments.
Upon arrival, I checked in and asked if my daughter could use the restroom. We were told we had to wait 5 minutes until the rope dropped. Sadly, this resulted in my daughter having to go outside in the grass. I understand having a designated arrival time, but we weren’t trying to get in early, it really was an emergency.
Once we were allowed in at 12:15, we had to rush to get food and cake set up. We were ready by 12:30, but the party attendant didn’t arrive to begin until 12:45, which felt a bit unfair given the 15 minute setup time.
Princess Belle was absolutely wonderful. She was warm, engaging, and gave each child individual attention, making the experience truly magical. She was the highlight of the day and helped create lasting memories for the birthday girl and her guests.
Unfortunately, toward the end of the party, the same person who did not allow my daughter the use of the restroom, snapped at my daughter and another guest for being in the store area. This could have and should have been addressed with me directly rather than scolding the children.
Overall, while Belle’s presence was exceptional, the behavior and professionalism of the staff fell short. Given the price point of almost 400.00, I expected a higher...
Read moreI’ll start by saying that the place itself is beautiful and the party was completely adorable. The princesses did a fantastic job. The only reason I’m leaving 3 stars was just because of our own personal experience with the service.. the party we attended was my children’s cousins. And their cousins moms knew we were coming (obviously) and the kids had a good time. But just something I wasn’t too keen on was the fact that our son was somewhat ignored by the two head ladies there I’m not sure if their names or positions. I had to ask for somewhere for him to sit, I had to ask for him to be able to do a craft, and my husband and I also had to ask for a cookie for him and we had to ask our cousin for cake (which I was the one who made the cake actually) because we were walked right passed a few times and not even acknowledged. My son said multiple times he wanted a cookie and cupcake also and we had to get someone’s to attention to get him one and that seemed to hurt his feelings a little bit because every child was having stuff passed out to them and he would keep asking me questions. Its almost as if he wasn’t there so it did upset me. I understand there was a lot going on and a lot of kids but I just feel like as far as them being more weary of others go should be taken into consideration. Especially since my sons feelings did seem a little hurt and he’s extremely...
