Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in High Point

They deleted my review so I’m gonna write it again. My father doesn’t know much about coffee and asked the lady was she recommended because he DOESNT like coffee that has any hint of bitterness and mind you he told her that she said if he would want a latte and he said “sure I guess” we went up to the window and tried to make a conversation and saying how he doesn’t like bitter coffee and her attitude seemed like she doesn’t wanna be there and can’t wait till me dad leaves second she gave him the most bitterness coffee you can give someone and the whipped cream the put taste like dawn dish soap. Service is awful. This place opened up just minutes from my home. Literally within walking distance, but I will avoid coming here if there is any other option available. Been there twice. Went through the drive-through both times and the lady on the mic was Extremely rude and upset that I inconvenienced by taking a second to look at the menu before ordering something.

Since I was rushed, I ordered the same thing I ordered the last time I made the unfortunate decision of ordering from here. Same easy, cookies and cream milkshake. And both times there was blocks of ice left in my drink. Like bro, take a second and blend it a little bit more.

I recently tried a cup of coffee from Caribou, and unfortunately, it was one of the most underwhelming experiences I’ve had with coffee in a long time.
