If you are looking for an upscale, relaxing cigar lounge Southerlands is NOT it! One star was being generous. This old renovated Pizza Hut is more like a low budget night club. Me and several of my friends visited this establishment yesterday, attempting to celebrate my husband's birthday. For starters, there was nowhere to park. The place was seriously overcrowded, im sure over capacity. The patrons inside had on sneakers, jean shorts and sport's caps. To make matters worse there were only 2-3 people enjoying cigars. Read moreAbsolutely amazing atmosphere. We recently visited the High Point, NC area and once we stumbled upon Sutherland’s Cigsr Lounge, we incorporated it into our daily schedule while there. Huge shout out to the owner, Wayne, he welcomed us into his establishment with open arms and made us feel like we were residents of High Point! His staff took very good care of us, we never had to worry about our glasses being empty or without a cigar!
And the decor, wait to you see it! You will fall in love with this place just as we did!

The drinks are sooo good and the people that frequent the bar are very kind. I received the best service, especially from the owners and love that this spot is Black owned! Talk about true Southern hospitality. Although I was traveling solo, they made me feel right at home. I plan to go back whenever I am in the area.
