A very bright, clean studio with incredible staff. They have an amazing selection of ceramics ranging from superheroes to monsters to dinnerware. They also offer mosaics and easy to follow canvas painting guides. There is an amazing selection, it was so hard to choose just one craft! Our group of four walked in absolutely clueless to how long painting ceramics would take, it was around an hour before closing. Instead of turning us away, the owner made us feel so welcome and took the time to give us a full studio tour. She was so patient and explained the processes incredibly well. We chose to do ceramics on this trip, but we will certainly be back for canvas and mosaic crafts! I cannot give high enough praises to the owner of Distractions. She took the time to talk to us and really involved herself in our process without being overbearing. The studio has this calm ambience, where our entire group of very different people felt at ease. Well worth the money for the relaxation, company, and experience. We will definitely be return visitors. Thank you so much for a wondeful venue for our date night!

My daughters and I LOVE this place. We came on a Friday afternoon. Shyann was amazing, so helpful and so kind, we would honestly come back just for her even if we didn’t love the place. They have a really good selection of pottery to paint, from figurines to coffee cups and plates. The selection does vary, they get new pieces in each month, so theres something new to see each time you come. You can also paint a canvas with step by step instructions which is really cool. We also saw they had some kind of mdf board shapes you could paint (maybe signs or something). There’s about 40-45 paint colors for the pottery painting, which doesn’t sound Iike a lot but unlike other places, these paints can be mixed together to get the color you want, which totally makes up for the limited amount. They do events here as well, you can have your own party here or attend one of their themed events they have. I highly recommend coming here with your kids, with your spouse, by yourself, it would be fun literally any time. They’re so accommodating and it’s a very relaxed environment.

My little sister and I attended distractions yesterday for the first time and had a great experience! We made a plate for my little nephews 1st bday and a mug. Big shout out to Kendra!!! She was the biggest help and such a sweet girl! Very attentive, making sure my sister and I had everything we needed, and overall made it such a lovely experience.

I love coming to Distractions Art Studio. It's a low key place where you can relax and let your creative juices flow (and yes everyone one has a talent.) Distractions offers so many different medias you can definitely find a craft you can do. They offer bisque ceramics, glass, mosaics, canvases and wood crafts. You know simply pick the craft you'd like to do and everything is included for your project and unlike other studios who charge you by the hour there is only a $6.00 per day studio fee. But, they also offer a 3 month membership for $30 that gives you a 10% discount on your project purchase, eliminates the daily studio fee and you can come as much as you'd like. You can refer someone and get an additional month free so, don't forget to refer me. Lol. What tops your whole experience off is the outstanding staff who is there to assist you if you need them. They can be so helpful with design ideas and technique tips. Such a great place to unwind. You can even bring food and drinks to the studio (including wine). So, whether you want alone time or a get together with friends and are looking for something to do you have to give Distractions Art Studio a chance, you...
