I tried Bangkok Thai recently and the food itself was very good overall. The green curry had great flavor, the beef was tender, and the drunken noodles were solid, though the spice level labeled "Thai Hot" was milder than expected—definitely delicious but not as fiery as I'd hoped. The fresh rolls were fresh and light, and both the Thai iced tea and coffee hit the spot. However, a few things made the experience less enjoyable. First, when I picked up my order, the person handing me my food asked me to bring a cash tip next time so it would go directly to the staff, which felt awkward and off-putting, especially for a first-time customer who had already tipped online. The bigger issue for me was the packaging: the hot drunken noodles were placed in a styrofoam container that had partially melted into the food, leaving behind a faint taste of the container itself. This isn’t just unappetizing—it’s a legitimate health concern. I’d highly recommend the restaurant switch to safer, heat-resistant containers for hot dishes. I’d consider ordering again because the food was great, but only if I can confirm the packaging has been updated. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously—because the food really does deserve better presentation and safety. Update: I went back a few days ago and asked in the special request notes for "no Styrofoam" packaging — and they actually did it! Everything came in safer, better containers this time. Big thanks to the staff for listening. It definitely made the experience feel even better, and I’ll be way more likely to keep ordering from them now. The food was just as good as last time — still spicy, still delicious. Glad to see the packaging issue get handled so well. Appreciate when places take customer feedback seriously.

The server kept getting messenger calls on his phone during the first 10 minutes of interaction with him and his energy like he was rushing us to order our entrées. When ask multiple times any food suggestions, he did finally suggested 3 popular/like entrée s on the menu once we told him we were never ate there before. The spring rolls was deep fried to hard for my liking and the house sweet and sour sauce was to dark compared to other sauces I have tried. The dumplings tasted like pork meat even though server said it was chicken only. The fried house rice with shrimp and dumpling was my least favorite dishes out of the 3 items that was ordered. I say the dumplings becuase one of us dont eat pork and her appetizer became mine which didn't surpass the spring rolls on presentation, or favor.

I ordered the yellow curry with chicken and green tea plus I ordered sticky mango rice for dessert and it was all delicious! The menu has a great selection and the service is fantastic. They even have free Wi-Fi in case you need to meet for a business meeting. The curry was just right, not too spicy and so full of flavor! The green tea was served in a metal container which kept it extremely hot and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Of course they offer a small cup to pour it in! The sticky mango rice was not overly sweet. The mango that was served with it was one of the best I have ever tasted. I will definitely be back!

Been ordering from this place for many years. Today was no different and most every time, the order was right on point. It is usually lunch and there are multiple orders that is paid separate. I can easily give this place a 5 star for the food is excellent. Today though, it was "interesting" to say the least. Here is why (if you choose to read the rest): 4 separates orders were placed: 2 was correct, 1 was missing the white rice and the last was missing an item that was not even prepared. Staff apologized once and quickly defended she did not take the order and yelled out to someone else that took the order. I waited an additional 15 minutes for the missing item not knowing the white rice was missing until later when i returned to the office. When the bag was given to me, no further apology or even a hint that they would discount a few purchase or anything. Of course they did nothing wrong. Why should they? Is this the way to run a business? Wow. Interesting enough within a 2 mile radius, there are probably another 3-4 Thai restaurants. Finally, the food is awesome but the service is suspect and i am being kind because others...

This was my first time eating here and my husband and I should have known as soon as we walked in there and saw only one booth occupied that it wasn't going to be a good place to eat. Especially with it being around 1:15 when we walked in. I'm not picky by any means but this place does not have good food at all and was the most bland food I've ever eaten in my entire life. Both of our meals were very bland and disgusting. I will never go to this place again. The waiter and waitress were okay servers but the food is just not good. My husband spoke with the lady before we walked out and he looked down at her food and said well at least your food looks good. She looked up and said it's not good at all! I got the chicken with the fried rice. My husband got the sweet and sour chicken with the white rice. The lady behind us got the pad Thai noodles with tofu. We all said the food was nasty. The only reason we came here was because there was a sushi restaurant right up the road from this place that we were wanting to eat at but there was almost an hour wait for that place so we drove around and saw this place. Never again. I'm warning...
