My iPhone battery expanded and was popping out of the case. I went to Apple to replace the battery. The battery was bulging and should have been replaced as it was defective.

Brian is awesome. My wife’s phone died and the Verizon folks said it couldn’t be fixed. She did not have anything backed up so all her contacts and photos were in danger of being lost.
