Over all customer service was great at the beginning sales advisor was Leah she was professional and helpful a little slow when completing the sale . Now I didn’t like how she tried to portray me as a problematic customer I returned 3 out of the 4 items that was purchased. Tote , card holder and sneakers due to them being uncomfortable and once having the purse for servals days I decided I would’ve preferred another brand only due to being able to get more for one purchase. I had to go back twice which was Saturday and today yesterday they was able to return the tote back first cause it was purchased by card and the other two items cash . now I really didn’t have a issue with that it wasn’t a ideal situation being I live so far from here but I was told they didn’t have any cash as of yet this was earlier in the day a little after they had just opened so that was understandable. What made me write this review was how I felt I was treated after wanting to return the remaining two purchases I asked before leaving yesterday could they just return all the money back to the card to try to save myself a trip I was told no due to store policy okay no problem. So I told my sales advisor Leah that I’ll be back on the 26 in would text her prior to coming I feel as if I was respectful to her even explain that we had some miscommunication via text and that I was willing to accommodate her . Now what bothered me was she acted as if she was willing to help me complete the return just for me to be ignored by her when arriving but her colleague had a good professional attitude was very accommodating explained things to me . My return amount wasn’t correct so I told her what I was owed after checking the math I got back what I was owed . But what I didn’t understand was that it wasn’t in the exact amount of cash I originally paid so it had to be refunded to my card which I asked yesterday could it be done in was told no . She’s a good sale advisor and has a good attitude for the most parts but to me she could’ve handle this situation today a little more graceful and...
Read moreI was in Dallas during March 27th to the 29th for business. Though my work would've occupied me for one day, I made plans to spend a couple of more days to take my wife out to shop and dine. We went to Highland Village on that Sunday with the intention to purchase something at Dior before we headed back to Austin, but we were halted to enter and the door was shut in our face because there was a VIP shopping around. Disappointed, but we understood and went to shop at Balenciaga and Goyard during the wait. When we got in, it was not the experience we thought we'd have because there was little to zero communication and even though we exactly knew what we wanted, there wasn't anyone willing to show us the product. What I don't understand is how are there three sales associates and one greeter, and not one person was able to assist us? When we were there the previous month the service wasn't great, but we were able have some type of communication to get what we wanted. We had intentions to spend some money, so we spent it at Balenciaga and Goyard. Those sales associates earned every bit of their commission. You know the service is bad when my wife passed up her opportunity to buy what she wanted. As for Dior, we are just going to buy our products in the Bangkok location since we go to Thailand every year. Two stars because Dior is still a great product, but the Highland Park location not a store we will walk in to...
Read moreI came in to browse and was very pleased with the customer service. Was offered beverages and anything I was interested in, they were happy to bring out for me to try. I ended up purchasing a perfume and some black pumps. They offered to deliver my pumps to my home, so I expected it to arrive in 1 week. However 2 weeks later, I still did not have my shoe. I called one week in and was told that it would arrive in a few days. But it never showed up. So, I called them again now 2 weeks later. I spoke with someone who had no knowledge or authority to figure out what happened, but she offered to ship another one out again and said she would talk to her manager and get back with me. I never received a call from them...So, I am still waiting on the shoe that I have already purchased... I have shopped at various luxury stores and am surprised this kind of thing happens. Especially when it was the manager who was the one who rang up the sale!
So... forward in time by a few years. I now work with a SA personally and no longer have any issues with purchasing except one time when an item held for me was mistakenly sold to someone else. Overall, very warm and welcoming service and in comparison to other stores in the area, this store is way better to shop in. Dior will fix any issues with the items you purchased for the most part while others will have you jump through a hoop at times. Love the boutique...
