Walked in to U.D just to browse for vacation attire to Florida for an upcoming trip.

they already had spring selections out. As I was looking at shirts aimlessly your representative who introduced herself as Bianca was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I walked in just to look and walked out with some new threads. very happy.

thanks again and look forward to coming back as summer...

The minute I walked in and was greeted, I felt comfortable with the upcoming experience. The staffers were relaxed, knowledgeable, and so helpful. This is why B and M shopping will never die. I admit, I buy a lot online, but when it's something like a winter coat in Chicagoland, that I'm buying, I want to touch, see, and be advised by a knowledgeable mench. Kudos...
