The associates from this store have a similar understanding of customer service as their peers at Spirit Airlines. I purchased a bracelet for my wife months ago and it was sent off to be resized so she could wear it immediately. I stopped by this store an hour before closing and was told by the security guard that I would have to come back another day (an hour drive each way) because an appointment was required to collect something I already paid for and had been waiting for me for weeks. Mind you, there was not a single customer in the store at the time. When I told him no, and to get me the manager; someone pretending to be the manager (since I met him previously when he sold me the bracelet) came out and tried to iterate the same message. When I told her (the faux manager) that they could either provide me my item or deal with American Express as a chargeback they somehow found an associate. By the time I left, there were 3 associates hanging out and bullshitting which further adds insult to the situation. During their conversation, they admitted that they were waiting on an elevator repair person which is why they were trying to close early. I hope the manager of this store and their corporate office sees this review. This store is the anthesis of a good customer service experience and the elitism exuded by their retail salespeople...

This was shared as a common option. When discussing, I was not made aware that this would void any ability to exchange or refund the item within the standard 30 day window. My paperwork signed at purchase and after the extension also did not reflect this. The paperwork I signed said only special order or custom order items would void the policy. I haven’t worn the necklace and after receiving I decided I would get more daily love and use out of a bracelet and asked to exchange the unworn necklace (just purchased days ago) for a bracelet that is actually far more expensive. I’m not even asking for a return, instead asking to spend even more money. Instead I received an emotional string of text messages from the team member who did promise to ask and let me know by Monday if it would be possible. Read moreIt was a huge waste of time. We went there in the morning to try on wedding bands. They asked us to write down our names and phone number to wait for a sales agent to be available. At the time from the chart there were only two parties ahead of us. When asked how long it might take, they couldn’t give any estimate at all, not even a range. Of course they never gave us a call this entire day.
We were certainly not welcomed, perhaps because of how we dressed (we didn’t wear any expensive) or our racial identities, we don’t know. They seemed to not want our business and chose to use this way to waste our time and made us give up. This is not even a super luxurious place. If you have a decent job for some time this place is pretty affordable, but seems like they only want fancy customers. We will be going elsewhere for our wedding bands.
