I had my first visit to Berry's & Batter. I thoroughly enjoyed my omelet with pancakes. I'm 86 years old. I have been to all of these spots: Morning Edition Main Street Cafe Cracker Barrel Mama's Daughters IHOP Denny's K's Corner First Watch You served my meal and it was missing pancake syrup. I requested some and the waiter brought maple syrup in a thimble size container. When I got the check you charged 2 dollars for the syrup and I was stunned and angered. Who ever heard of pancakes served dry? All of the above automatically serve syrup with pancakes WITH syrup. You have the audacity to charge extra when it should be complimentary. Recommend Blue Goose Cantina and Shoal Creek and for the adults the Brass Tap is very nice with tasty treats and a wide selection of beers.
