We use Insight Direct for our Vonage office phones and they have been consistently helpful in answering all my (sometimes overbearing) questions. The service itself has also been a huge upgrade.
I do not have a tech background and we are a very small company that made the jump from analog phones directly to a hosted system last year. I was in over my head and the team helped me every step of the way.
Yesterday I had some questions that I emailed Kareem regarding two of my colleagues phones (I had set up a new employee's system on my own and got too busy to take the time to do so correctly, so needed to be walked through how to fix my foible, and another colleague we had moved the phone incorrectly causing it to need to be rebooted and updated, etc.). Kareem emailed to confirm receipt almost immediately and then called me back same day, helped me find specific details to identify what was going on, and then had his colleague/tech team member Kavar call me to fix it within an hour or so. Kavar was not only able to help me fix both issues almost immediately and remotely, but was a joy to interact with.

Our rep, Jeff Raysor, has been very responsive and proactive, while also being transparent in what they could offer versus what we really need at the time. We appreciate that as well as having our IT folks back in the Triangle area, they know us personally and have come to our site, despite us being a small 6 person operation. Tony Hayden has also been very responsive, helpful and is down to earth to explain those complicated IT concepts clearly. Finally, Craig Stapel even steps in to thank us for our business!
