The Dog House — Restaurant in Hillsborough

Went here at 5:30 to get dinner for my family of 4. I was the only customer there in the drive thru and no one was at the walk up window. I started my order and after I ordered my 4th hotdog the lady asked me how many hotdogs I was going to order. I told her 6. She then told me that I would have to come order at the walk up window. I was very confused about this, so told her never mind I would just leave. I decided to pull around to the drive thru window and ask why would I have to do this. I was told this was there “policy” and she was not going to lose her job for me. I asked why this policy was not listed anywhere on there menu. She told me that they are to tell people this policy when they order. So after you have half my order you then tell me that I have to now park and walk up to another window and speak to you through the window with my order again. This is a hot dog restaurant and you can’t order 6 hotdogs through the drive thru. Let’s be honest, this is not a real policy, she just didn't want to make my order due to laziness. They got my order wrong.They was not friendly and they like to argue with the customer. First the other lady messed up one of our hot dogs I asked for a collie and she maid a bull dog. And then when i said something she slammed the window shut. Because i got a tailwager combo and the yes the fries is a small BUT i should get more then 8 to 10 fries. And when i asked for just a few more the lady started argueing with me about it... I work in a diner and we would NEVER. Fight with a customer OVER fries. Or FOOD in general. Thier is a saying for the company i work for. Love your neighbor. And this company needs to learn this. I will not be going back to this location. Not when there is another one right...

They are trash so my son wanted a new drink he a kid and he had been sating playing when he taste it he said it was nasty so I seen him try and give it back and it sat on the counter for almost 20mins long story short she hear him say he wanted a different drink so then she gone say we been dating for 30mins knowing that the drink Haden been touch but I just paid for another one and told her keep the change just to keep peace but it’s sad that people are that Ridiculous come on now he a kid I will never come back and there food is trash chilling look like sloppy joe and they need to deep fried there beef hot dogs and make some better...
