Tonight my husband waited over 15 minutes for our food in the drive-thru. NO ONE WAS IN FRONT OF HIM!!! When asked what took so long, he was told they had to cook grilled chicken for the wraps. He asked the person at the window how long does it take to cook the grilled chicken and they gave him this smirk and replied "only 4 minutes". The gentleman who cleans the dining room was nearby and just shook his head. They never apologized for the wait. No manners! Not only did they take forever, they got the order wrong! One of the wraps was to be "LIGHT" on the honey mustard. We go so frequently that they should know our routine order by now. Morning/Afternoon crew is AWESOME! But the night shift SUCKS! Wrap was soaked in sauce. Tomatoes were soggy! Tasted like they had over salted the meat (never had chicken taste that salty before). We ordered dirty rice and of course it was COLD! Fries were ok but not best. The ticket did not indicate light on the honey mustard, but this is a request that is ALWAYS made and it was repeated back, so we know they understood what was said over the speaker. Think our night visits will be cut to zero! This is not the first time we have had bad service at night. Definitely is a difference in day and night service at this location. Read moreI ordered a two piece white with pinto beans, but when i got home there were french fries instead of pinto beans. I don't like french fries with anything they serve.. I went back to the Bojangles on south churton st. Hillsborough n.c. I went through the drive through and asked for two pork chop biscuits and i asked the girl at the register if they still had the pork chop biscuits and she said yes. I looked at my side orders on top of the bag and it looked ok, until i got home where i could see it well the pinto beans wasn't nothing but juice and no beans and the pork chop biscuits were STEAK BISCUITS AND NOT PORK CHOPS. I PLACED TWO SEPARATE ORDERS AND BOTH WERE WRONG. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAVE GOT MY ORDER "WRONG." I'M SICK OF THE SERVICE AND THE LIES ABOUT THE FOOD. .IF THEY WOULD HAVE SAID THAT WE ARE OUT, WOULD YOU LIKE SOMETHING ELSE, SURE I WOULD HAVE SAID, BUT THEY NEVER ASKED ME ABOUT THAT AND LET ME DRIVE AWAY WITH TWO WRONG ORDERS.. NOW WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS BOJANGLES, I'VE TALKED TO MANY OF PEOPLE AND THEY SAID THEY WON'T EAT AT THE BOJANGLES ON SOUTH CHURTON ST, BECAUSE THEY NEVER GET THEIR ORDERS RIGHT. After working my long 12 hour shifts it’s refreshing to grab something to eat here and to be greeted with positive energy! I honestly don’t know why this lady isn’t in a manager position helping to run this store? She knows how to deliver fast & top notch service every time I have visited this restaurant.
