So I bought a L- Shape sofa from there almost 3 months ago and lets just say that I've purchased better quality furniture on Amazon.I went to the store looking for a black L-shape sofa. I told the salesman(Mohammed) that I really needed a good quality sofa that was soft because I like to be comfortable when I'm just chilling at home. I emphasized "comfort." He showed me a sofa from a catalogue and reassurred me that it was great quality and that it would be comfortable. So I pulled out my credit card to pay so that I can receive my points and the man helping me started acting weird as if I was trying to scam him. Then, he said that he is just not used to customers paying with AMEX. On the other hand, I believe it was a bias on his behalf and if you know then you know. First of all, when the sofa arrived at my house. It looked so darn cheap that it didn't make any sense. This man charged me $1,600 for the sofa. What I received was not a $1,600 sofa. It look like an $800 sofa at best and when I tell you that sofa was so hard! Now, I specfically said that it was imperative that I have a sofa that was soft and comfortable and I was sold the hardest sofa on earth. I called to complain and was told to keep the sofa for a few weeks and then come to get a new one. if I still didn't like it. I was pretty sick and never made it back to the store but I can tell from the conversation that he was going to give me hard time and most likely not give me a sofa of equal value of the $1,600 that I already spent so I just took the loss instead. I've had the sofa for about 3 months now and already I can tell that it wont last a year. Meanwhile, my previous sofa lasted me a little over a decade. Im a single person that lives alone and dont have kids or people bouncing all over my furniture and the buttons in some areas have already loosened significantly. I also sit on a throw blanket anytime Im sitting on the sofa. I weigh125 lbs so there should be no reason why there are areas on the sofa that look like I had it since the 80's. I'm very disappointed and I work hard for my money. I'd rather not have a sofa then to have this one. It was a waste of money and I will never shop at that business again. The pricing for the furniture was decent, a good bargain. There is a fairly sizeable furniture selection of different colors and types. The guy is a salesman through and through, but he will definitely talk things out with you if you have concerns or questions. I will say to take your time purchasing and understanding all of the details (warranty, return policy, etc.) before making a decision. The buying experience was fair.
Delivery:
Unfortunately, here is where we had an issue. The delivery was late. It was a very frustrating experience since we thought we were going to be in an empty home. The moving team was quick to install things into our place once they got our items. We were offered a temporary furniture piece in the mean time while we wait for our purchase which we accepted.
Furniture Quality:
Now I don't know much about the durability or longevity of certain materials, but it is 2 months in and we are enjoying the furniture. The couch that we got is super comfortable. All of the other pieces seem fairly sturdy. However, we did buy an in store piece that had a few small damaged areas.
