Heritage Fine Jewelry — Attraction in Hilton Head Island

I had an incredible experience at Heritage Fine Jewelry when purchasing an engagement ring. Given extenuating circumstances, I was not able to engage in the process in person. Nonetheless, Jen provided incredible communication and services from A-Z. Nearly 2.5 months with over 30 correspondences, from determining the basics of what I was looking for to the finer, finishing touches, I am incredibly grateful for her expertise and patience in helping me with my purchase.

To me, this was an incredibly meaningful purchase. Jen immediately recognized that, and demonstrated a genuine investment in helping me find the perfect ring—never pushy, just helpful, informed, and kind. Between personal anecdotes/experiences, and the expression of the values that underly the family-owned business, Jen’s authenticity and passion for her work/business was evident.

Every step of the way, staff was cognizant of my preferences and budget. I was not told what to get, but instead guided toward a realized vision of what I was looking for, even though I could not quite identify it from the onset. I think back to months prior to even contacting jewelers, flipping through images online and kinda-sorta having an idea of what I wanted, but no one picture I could point to and say “this is it!” Jen/Heritage Fine Jewelry took bits and pieces of an idea, and turned it into an actual piece of jewelry.

I could not be happier with the experience or the result. I cannot express how highly I recommend Heritage...

I had initially wrote a good review for this place I could’ve sworn and apparently now it’s gone. Not sure what happened here because I bought a sand dollar pendant not too long ago and had my wife’s rings cleaned. Today however, was a very unfavorable experience it cost $24 for two ring guards that similarly don’t fit that great. They seem to have at the time. But what bothered me the most was the lack of care for cleaning up the rings when we had asked, the woman had grabbed them by the top of the diamond smudged them, and repeated the process again when receiving them back. I’ve had my rings to clean money many times for many years a different places when we lived up north and this is definitely not an excuse. You don’t put your fingers all over a clean rings you want something to shine the way it’s supposed to very disappointing. They seem to have been the last good jeweler in the area, but I guess I’ll have to...

Heritage is THE place to go in the Lowcountry. After having negative experiences multiple times at competing jewelry stores in the area, it was so refreshing to finally come across an operation that conducts business transparently and honestly. No upselling, no overselling, no lies. And not to mention they are extremely creative and informative during the design process if like me you prefer to have custom pieces.
