The Rooftop Bar — Restaurant in Hilton Head Island

Good structure, well located, but the attention is simply awful, pathetic, and those words fall short!. Mostly when are full house events like Latin night or any special events, you have to decide between dance or wait 45 minutes for a beer. Even if you tip constantly they don't care, they have like 2 people in the bar and believe me, takes SO LOOOONG to get any drink. Believe me, you have to order like 10 buckets or 30 rum with cokes in a row to barely try to enjoy the night, because or you do that or you are going to stay all night long waiting for get attended, simply the attention sucks. Latin nights used to be good but the dj plays really boring and old music, and mostly it's the same mix all time, apart of dealing with a poor attention the music isn't enjoyable either, never again this...

Had dinner there on 5/22/2021. Sat at the bar. It took the bartender 20min to recognize that we were sitting ther. He was looking at his phone and appear to be texting. We he finally came and got our drink order, he didn't come back to check if we needed a refill, we had to ask a waiter to get someone to get us another drink. When he came over he was not friendly and we told him we would have dinner at the bar, and he took a deep breath as if it was a problem. Finally got our dinner and move to the rooftop and the waiter was super nice and kept checking to make sure we didn't need anything. they stated the band would start at 8:00 at 9:30 the band had not started and people started leaving. Would not go back...

Terrible terrible terrible place to go if your looking for a good time with a large group. The manager and security group there were the most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered at a bar. Bouncers we’re looking to start fights instead of doing there job. The DJ was either talking on the mic or playing bad music. I wish I could give this review 0 stars. Do not come here. You will not only be disappointed but also disrespected. Advise for the owner. Hire a new manager With social skills & switch out the low IQ security/bouncers with little man syndrome so they don’t end up in fetal position on the floor again....
