Hiram Beauty Supply — Attraction in Hiram

I went in one time about a year ago and a lady looked at me - I guess she saw me eyeing the wigs. I was and she said let’s try some on. I didn’t, I was nervous but in the morning I am going to purchase a wig tomorrow. I will be there at 10am and I pray someone will be patient and help me. I have an issue with my hair and NEED a wig FAST! I hope and pray I can find one tomorrow to finally give me the confidence I need. It is much needed and I am Caucasian and feel Like it will be hard but I have faith I will walk out with hair on my head! Prayers please

I went in today I was there 5 min early I went to Bellus beauty supply and John was horrible to me. I have never been treated so bad. He said they had no Caucasian wigs-they did. He was annoyed because he didn’t want to help me. Anyway Helen at Hiram beauty supply 2 let me in 5 min. Early and could tell I was anxious as I have been losing my hair I have NEVER tried a wig on and she sat me down and picked out some wigs and she put them on. She showed me what to do and how to do it. Helen is simply amazing and I will absolutely go back monthly and buy more wigs from her. This is my new thing. Instead of fixing my hair I’ll shake my wig and go. Now I see why my friends call them shake and gos! Helen you are the best 10 stars for you and all the lovely people at your professional...

This shout-out is to acknowledge a particular young lady who is an employee named (Dominique) for her professional services and assistance during my visit.

Dominique works throughout the store however, on this particular visit she assisted my daughter whom I accompanied, and this young lady was so helpful, knowledgeable, patient and very professional in representing her employer, so I feel compelled to give recognition when deserved, therefore, this appreciation is warranted, so thank you Dominique, and with employee's like you who provides a pleasant shopping experience for customers will definitely continue too bring customers back, and this five-⭐ is for your services👍🏼, I'm sure the entire staff is appreciated by management/employer.

This store maintains a stocked supply of products one needs. I've yet to be disappointed from my visits and, I highly recommend that you visit and check them out, I don't think you'll be disappointed because they are my number...

Purchased hair dye. Nice young lady helped me. Went to check out & an older foreign lady told me that the price labeled on the boxes were incorrect. She gathered all of the boxes and went to the aisle to check the prices of all of the other boxes versus honoring the price listed on all 6 boxes. Why not honor the prices that are mislabeled and correct the error afterwards. She tells me that they’re 7.99 versus 5.99. Guess what? That’s not my error. However you can update your inventory and products to reflect the correct prices and thank me for shopping with you. But no... She proceeded to scan the boxes and show me that she’s not lying. She told me to look at the screen as well. But who cares. I’m the customer, not the employee. Not shopping here anymore. I don’t appreciate the way she treated me because of their error. Luckily I really needed the dye for my hair & hair appointment the next day. Foreign people have to do better. This is not your country. We have several other options outside...
