BLENDED Smoothie & Juice Bar — Restaurant in Hiram

The smoothie was not too bad but it is like they are all about wearing mask there and rudely told one of the employees newly training to put a mask on in the middle of my order meanwhile every employee is wearing a mask under their noses. The new employee was the best customer service they have. The shift leadership is not nice and no one cares to greet you or make sure you understand anything. They have a commication problem with the plastic walls and masks. All you hear is loud smoothies going the entire time and constantly to repeat yourself to get your order placed.. The guy who was being trained waved goodbye and was very polite.. the rest of the staff were pretty rude and several of them took time to dance to music going while ignoring the 3 customers inside. Society would be much better off without this covid mind control. Why do people need to breathe through masks? All the customers there had no mask. Only make the those serving wear masks? Wake up people! Sad times we are in. This generation deserves better. "I prefer dangerous freedom over peaceful slavery"...

The exact issue I have with black owned businesses, customer service is not a priority. I walked in to support this business and a lady with gray and black low hair approached me while working on another drink to ask me do I know what I want. I explained yes and she pointed me to the refrigerator to grab a beer drink. Now the whole point of coming here is to get my drink made fresh and if I want modifications I could add. Nevertheless I told her I wanted my drink fresh and modified and I was greeted with almost instant attitude. Her rude response was “so you don’t want that drink then” I said yes I do but I want to modify it. She then tells me well it’s going to be a bit because I have several orders I am doing so I kindly said, “no worries take your time” she responded, “loudly and said oh trust me I will”… smh I just walked out because this don’t make no sense why the altered energy this morning, it’s too early for this. WONT BE COMING BACK!! It is sad that many people accept this type of treatment...

great smoothies and i go every week whenever i'm in town. i get the same thing every time. an island splash and sub the cranberry for spinach. i noticed this time that it was a lot lighter in color. i even did a photo comparison from the first two times i went to this time. while it still taste good, they are using less vegetables/fruit and adding ice which is unfair considered i'm paying for a smoothies with fresh produce not ice. it makes sense from a business perspective but i was looking forward to the rich smoothies i usually get from here not the watered down version. another girl brought her smoothie back while i was there placing my order and said her smoothie tasted like straight up water and asked for them to remake it. the color difference was drastic. since it looks like they're adding more ice to the smoothies.. i won't be returning unless they go back to their original recipes...
