From the moment we arrived, people hanging out in the parking lot (drug deals?) We did not feel safe. Later we had a severe beating/assault in the adjacent room, you could hear the punches, slaps, screams, yelling and dogs barking, and one of them pounding on our door trying to gain entry. We called the police and front desk, the police made the party of approximately 10 people leave. In hopes of actually getting some sleep the hotel staff did NOTHING to prevent or tresspass them, and the party returned with ice packs on faces only to continue to have loud conversations in the hallway, doors opening and closing, and dogs barking for the rest of the evening. Not feeling safe, we cancelled the remainder of our stay. The front desk told us the party was checking out, but that was clearly a lie. We requested a refund for the night and the General manager refused. They actually increased the nightly rate! She disclosed that the party in question has remained in the hotel. So yes, the trash lives in this hotel. We shared our story with another family member, and they recalled a woman being raped in the hotel when they had stayed over a year ago. The hotel is not safe, we were in fear for our lives, and the hotel staff is perfectly content with keeping the cockroaches as permanent residents. As a frequent traveler ( over 60 stays per year) this is the absolute worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Thinking LivePD could have plenty of content in Hiram GA Lesson learned, we booked this trip last minute to attend a family member's graduation. We should have read more reviews.

We were in town for a competition and decided to stay here. It was convenient to where we were going and was nestled in a great location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Several places to eat that were walking distance, including a nice Mexican restaurant. When we first arrived, we were greeted by a friendly front desk staff member and offered a warm homemade cookie. The lobby was clean and had that country cabin look with a center staircase as the focal point. Parking was spacious and we were able to park fairly close to the front door both days. Our room had a perfect view of our vehicle. There was a pool and hot tub, which we didn't use but we looked at them. There were always people, mostly kids, in the pool. The room was clean and comfortable and passed my usual hotel inspections for uninvited pests. The shower had good water pressure and the AC kept the room adequately cool. Both mornings, we had breakfast in the lobby which included waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, as well as the usual muffins, toast, fruit, cereals, etc. Overall a great stay. You may be wondering why I only gave it 4 stars. I would give it 4.5, but that is not an option. The coffee selection and taste left a little to be desired and that is something I look forward to in the mornings, luckily there were some coffee shops nearby. Lastly, I noticed in the elevator that the inspection certificate had expired in 2023. If that concerns you, you can stay on the 1st floor or the 2nd and use the stairs.

The stay here was very dissapointing. This hotel needs a loy of work. On arrival the front desk staff does not wear any type of identifying uniform. They dont greet you its more like reservation?? Keep it moving. There are cameras everywhere which indicate something really bad happen or they are waiting for something bad to happen. The room not what you expect from a radisson hotel. Run down. Ours was even missing furniture in it. The security lock was broken like some one kicked down the door. The bathroom had patches everywhere from trying to fix it. The air conditioner was holding on to dear life barely keeping up. The refrigerator was something out of a garage sale, the bathroom curtain torn screaming please change me. The telephone fade out and barely hanging on. The breakfast dissapointing. Small area like 7 tables for the entire hotel. Eggs, sausage and potatoes, that is pretty much it. Waffle maker lucky if they refill it while your there. Cereal milk and your standard juices with bagels and bread. You can stay at a lower end hotel and get the exact same thing with better service. On check out the staff once again disinterested tell you to drop it in the box and keep it moving, no how was your stay is there anything we could have done better? Nothing. For the money please stay somewhere that appreciates your business and wants you to come back.

The room was nice and the pool and stuff was OK but how they charge is horrible most places I have ever stayed at has always charged me for the room before u even stay but this one on the other hand is a joke before I even arrived at the hotel they charged my bank card 50.00 dollars that was fine but then when I get there they charge my card another 183.98 that was fine too but with these two charges that should have coverd my whole stay but no not they day I check out but then next day they charge my card again for 25.00 dollars saying I took a blanket everything that was in the room when I got there was left there I swear to this I even called the hotel told them to watch the cameras of us rolling one suite case out a small one at that witch in fact was packed with our dirty clothes and we had four or five plastic Walmart bags from where I had went to Walmart to buy a few things we needed for our stay away from home hell u can see though the bags and u could definitely tell there was no big blanket in any of the bags. Then the next day I stop to get gas and went to run my bank card that had 79.87 on it was only getting 25.00 dollars worth of gas my card was denied because on this day this same hotel once again charged me 232.78 dollars I was so upset they had done charged me not once but twice for this room buy now then when I call the hotel they was no help and acted like they didn't even care this put my bank account at 103.00 dollars over drawn and also a 15.00 over draft fee this was so bs and unfair at that I had asked to speak to a manager I was told she was in a meeting the lady that answered the phone took my name and number told me as soon as the manger was out of the meeting she would call me. As the day went by I seen it was after 5pm and the manger still hadn't called so I then.placed another call to the hotel and the same lady answered the phone once again I asked to speak with the manager then I was told she left for the day that they didnt put no more charges on my bank card and as I was telling the lady I am setting here looking at my account that I could give her dates times and amount that I was charged she keep on and on about we didnt charge u but once and I could clearly see it on my account to where I was charged a 50.00 dollar fee then a 183.00 fee then 25.00 dollar fee where they say I stole something that I didnt even take then once again was chargered 232.89 dollar fee what a joke. Then as the phone call went on I was getting upset cause now was I not only called a thife I was being made at like I was lieing about the charges I even asked the lady if I could email here my bank statement she then told me I was yelling at her witch I was not I was driving down the road and had my phone and speaker the lady then told me that she was not going to help me and hung up on me like it was not her problem I work ever hard for my money like everyone else I work with the publice at that this lady was very rude hung up on me then I turned around and called the home office got to sum person there told her what had happened she acted like well that not my fault oh well and she also tried to tell me they didnt charge my card that many times I told her I was looking at my bank account at that min and I told her times dates amounts my card was charged also.told her I could email her a copy for my statement but she still would nt even do nothing at all said that I could take it up with my bank so I did I am now still fighting to get my money back I will never stay at another one of there hotles ever in my life and I will tell all my family and friend and my custmores never to stay at one of these hotles cause they will steal ur money then in turn say that u r a thife and that u stole one of there ragged blankets that I didnt even like at that was to big and hot. I would not recomined this hotel to no one not even my dog if I had one DONT STAY HERE MANAGEMENT IS POOT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT IS THIS PLACE WILL...

Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable, if a little rough around the edges. The staff are hard workers and pleasant. They were respectful and informative in their communications with us. We stayed at the hotel for almost 2 weeks. During that time we had a couple of issues. The first morning, I used the swimming pool and hot tub. Both were clean and a comfortable temperature. There were no other patrons at that time of the morning on a Monday. The shower and toilet were not as clean. There was some paper stuck in the drain of the shower. I moved it to the side assuming the housekeepers would take care of it later. The next day that paper and my footprints on the floor were still there. I informed the desk of this oversight. The next day it was still there. It took another day before it was actually cleaned. The pillows provided were too soft for me. They had others available but I still needed something different. I should have brought my pillow from home. My daughter loaned me a pillow from her home. When I took the pillowcase from the hotel pillow to place it on my borrowed pillow, I found a black glob of gum stuck to the seam of the hotel pillow. I took this pillow to the front desk. I am handicapped and require a walk-in shower. The room provided this but the floor of the shower was very slippery. I requested a safety mat be added. One of the proper size was not available and had to be ordered. The wrong size one which they gave us was old, worn out and dirty. I declined to use it. On Sunday, October 5, we had an accident in the room which required us to need a complete replacement of the linens on our beds. When we left the room on Monday, we spoke to one of the housekeepers requesting service. In order to assist housekeeping, we stripped the beds completely. When we returned at 10:30 pm, we found the room exactly as we had left it. When we brought this issue to the attention of the front desk, we were told that they were not allowed to enter rooms at that time of night. We had to make the beds ourselves! We waited 20 minutes for them to gather the appropriate bedding. We were not given enough pillowcases and had to ask for more. We waited another 15 minutes. We found we had not been provided a blanket. Again another wait for the blanket. After all this, we were told that for long-term guests, housekeeping will look for rooms without the DO NO DISTURB sign displayed at 8:00 am. This is the first time we had heard this instruction. We had already been at the hotel for over a week. The hotel charges a fee of $5.00 per day for hotel services whether or not they clean the room every day or if the guest has to do the work of housekeeping. My biggest objection to this hotel is the lack of communication and policies which are not in the guests’...

First, when we got to our room, the air conditioning unit in the suite living room was in pieces on the floor and the room was stifling hot.

The front desk clerk reassembled the AC unit, but it was so loud that we could not use it. We were not provided bedding for the pull out couch beds, and not offered assistance in setting them up. We were denied being given more than 2 pillows or additional blankets.

The next day, we were told we cannot have more than 4 sets of towels even though we have 5 people (3 kids, 2 adults, a pretty average family!). After we asked again and explained that we have 5 people, we were rudely given another set. Anytime we needed to get new towels they would only do an even swap- counting them out each time, and the clerk made me put the used towels in the washing machine in the staff area, she wouldn’t even take them. Be assured that we have no interest in stealing your tiny, nearly see-through, sandpaper towels.

Then came the pool. We were trying to enjoy the hot tub, being responsible, and 2 young boys (clearly under 10 years old) showed up. We did NOT let them in, because they were unsupervised and didn’t want to be responsible for their safety. The front desk clerk LET THEM IN, and when we told the boys they needed an adult they said their mom said they could come down. So we reported the boys to the front desk, who EXTREMELY rudely told us that it’s fine, despite the printed rules saying children must have an adult. So we opted to leave, because we don’t want to be responsible.

At every opportunity this staff has been rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, and downright awful.

The hotel is disgusting, our AC unit inside was covered in black dirt, the bathroom light (missing a cover) is visibly rusty, the bathroom fan is coated in black fuzz, and the whole room smelled like weed when you walk in. There’s painters tape on the walls, the windows had thick dirt/dust on the lip by the locks.

I have to say, my expectations were low, but due to the proximity of an event I had no choice of where we stayed but for the price we were charged, I would have never expected that we would have such a terrible time here. Your staff couldn’t be worse if they tried, and are a severe liability to your business, enabling small children to swim unsupervised.

I’m aware it is unlikely you’ll do anything to remedy this situation, if you cared you’d have taken steps so long ago to improve this situation, but I’ve worked in hotels before and know that a leadership who cares and is visible to guests and staff makes a huge difference. In the event you are somehow blind to this, I hope this email wakes you up in time to save this...
