Cafe Wing Max — Restaurant in Hiram

Today was the worst visit ever! I love this place and always wait 45 minutes to a hour sometimes because of the customer service and food. But today the heavy white lady was so rude. I came in and ordered a teriyaki Dinner for my two kids to share, I also ordered extra white rice and ALL FLATS for my 10 piece wings. I said can I pay extra for ALL FLATS and then I added fries. She told me the total was $26 I only had $25 so I went to get more money! Gave her $5 told her to keep the change as a tip. This is a to-go order so I didn’t have to tip! I came back after 45 minutes to get my food, as I looked over my food I saw they didn’t add extra rice which I already paid for. I then told the same lady the extra rice was not in added. She then went to the kitchen to tell the cook I order extra white rice but they say they don’t have any she should of checked that first for me! She then tells me the rice will take like 20 minutes like she didn’t care I told her don’t worry about it. She then tells me it’s $25 trying to charge me again. I told her I paid she left my money on the counter didn’t even put it in the register! Then she brings my food out and its all drums! No extra white rice all drums this is wrong!!! Then she catches an attitude and says you said all drums but would not let me see the paper she put it on! I told her no I said ALL FLATS! When in customer service just apologized! I told her just give me my babies teriyaki Dinner I would like my money back for the wings she gets an attitude and tells me to wait! Then throws a bag on the counter for me to bag my own food up! Hadn't eaten all day. Had my son call in my normal order. Was in the middle of working, took a 15 minute break to grab the order. No time to look while there, I paid and made it back home to work. I open my order its all wrong. I ordered all flats ( I have braces) it was all drums. So because my shift doest end until 8 (currently 3pm) I called to see if the order could be remade. Apparently I caught the owner. She asked me to bring the food back and she'd replace it. So STRANGE. So because I cannot leave my desk I was going to have my husband swing by on his way home. She goes back and forth about bring the wings back and says the lady who took the order forgot to let them know all flats. Who ask you to bring food back? How disgusting and how dare you argue with me that you'll exchange the order! DO these look like clothes to you. Were you going to serve someone wings that I brung home! So since I have to stick with the order because I cannot run back through 4pm traffic to drop off wrongly served food. After coming here for 8 years. I didn't know your customer service was this terrible. Do better.

When food orders are done wrong you replace it free of charge not ask for food back. NASTY🤢. Mia said she was ok with the bad review....

My experience with mias has always been amazing from the food to the employees. I normally order the same food I always dine out. Long story short, I recently encountered a HORRIBLE experience here at MIAS CAFE!!!!! I placed a carry out I went inside to pay the cashier which was a older lady ( she has long blonde hair that reaches her tailbone) the lady tells me my total , after waiting for her to complete her conversation on the phone I hand the lady the money IN HER HAND and I waited for her to give me my change ONLY for her to carefully place my change on THE COUNTER !!! I immediately asked her to place it in my hand in which this is the way that I gave MY MONEY TO her towards the BUSINESS! She was extremely rude and nonchalant even after asking for my change to be placed in my hand she didn't apologize she only continued with her phone conversation! I would never return to mias due to this experience and also due to this act...
