Once again, main issue was that Online pricing is different than in store pick up but go off. If it was $92.77 when I placed the online order then I wouldn't have placed what is now the appreciate review for you as a business owner. Looking at your previous responses, a rude response is your go-to rather than customer retention. If you would wish to continue this, please respond.🥴✌🏾
Online pricing is not the same when picking up in store. They should add the pricing at the time order is placed, not surprise you at check out.
EDIT: After this, I assure you I am a one time customer so don't bother scouring your records. While online pricing may differ, I assume taxes do not. So providing that information when an online order is placed, is better than catching a customer off guard in the store at pickup. If I based your "huge in-store sale!!" Pricing off the surprise I recieved at the counter, I might as well add your miracle tax of $20.00 to be up to your current business practice.

EDIT 2: 1.You can type in capital letters which means you should be able to properly spell someone's names. I appreciate you taking time out of your day to respond in an egregious manner. STATE TAX MAY BE STATE TAX LOL but you can also inform your customers on your website. Maybe you should think about that. Next time let people know in fine print what the pricing is & what they are looking at. Because your website is definitely wack as hell. The only complaint that I have as of right now is that my budtender gave me the wrong item that I had specifically asked for and strain and I left the store because they staple the bag and I didn’t check it until maybe 20 minutes after And realized it was the wrong one that he gave me and they do not allow you to return or swap out after you left the store. So that was a real bummer because I just spent a lot of money for the specific strain that I prefer and that does well with my Brain chemistry and now I have to deal with another strain.
Update: the general manager called me personally to correct the situation. She went above and beyond what I expected. Definitely will be returning and referring anyone to! Love shopping at Gnomad Canna CO!!...

Every strain had a list of the symptoms it helps treats, and having chronic pain I obviously bought one to help with pain. It worked like a charm. My back pain is always the worst when traveling, and it went away almost immediately. I honestly might just move here now.
