Firehouse Subs Hobbs Kass Plaza — Restaurant in New Mexico

So I called in today to see if I can order the half standard sub and snack over the phone because I usually order it through doordash and I get it delivered to me within an hr. Well the 1st person I spoke to on the phone he was very polite and he tried to explain to me that I would have to call A-day or 2 in advance and I told him I didn't understand because if I ordered it on doordash I can get it within an hour. So then a lady got on the phone named Shuree who is a manager and I asked her if she could explain to me the difference because I was wanting to pick up instead of using doordash today. She got really rude and Belligerate with me and even told me to shut up and she didn't have time to answer my questions and go back and forth with me about something on the menu that she has been trying to get taken off doordash menu for a while. I told her excuse me mam we order from firehouse every week and me and my family eat dinner in at least every other week. She got mad and slammed the phone and than jung up So I drive to firehouse and spoke with two very sweet and polite gentleman who are managers as well and expressed my frustration and concern. They apologized but I was so upset that I no longer wanted to order. This last has been an issue for my doordaahers as well for months now. She is rude to them ams very unprofessional. My experience was not so inviting haven’t been there in 2 years so I wanted to try there new thanksgiving sub when entering the restaurant I all the employees just stared at me Never said welcome to fire house. Nothing was said. I went to the register to order the new sandwich. Paid for it then I waited then then this customer came in and sat by the door. I guess she had an order to go, and she was greeted welcome to firehouse. They all said it So that was that when I went when I grabbed My order it felt like it weighed 3 ounces No joke I’m just saying it was seven dollars and change. I was so disappointed and he had two strips of turkey. They had probably about 2 tablespoons of the. Stuffing and a smear could barely see it was underneath the stuffing smear of cranberry, and it wasn’t even cranberry. It looked like jelly. Very disappointed with the service and sandwich will never go back. I’m sorry will never go back to My experience back two years ago was awesome. Everybody was happy. I ordered 2 sandwiches and they were made wrong so I took them back and explained to the girl at the window what was wrong, that they forgot the cheese and veggies. She asked me for the food, not a big deal. She came back to the window and said "It was biten, I can't (big eye roll). Hold on", shut the window. She replaced the food. She brought a new bag to the window when I got home they placed literally 3 small 2" pieces of meat on each half on both sandwiches, really no meat. I called and of course no manager was available.
