Undergrounds Coffee Co. — Restaurant in Hobbs

EDIT TO MY REVIEW PREVIOUSLY THIS JUST HAPPENED TODAY: I like undergrounds the coffee is great but they tip themselves without asking. Listen I worked in the service industry so I get it tips are nice to have & if they had just asked I would 100% tip them but they did not. Tell me why she told me my total was $10.51 but my card was charged $16.51. Not okay. If you go make sure you ask for a receipt.

Decided to stop by for a smoothie after seeing so many raving posts on IG. Ordered a Passionfruit smoothie and a Strawberry Banana smoothie; The passionfruit smoothie actually was the color white... and the sb smoothie I watched the girl make -- literally nothing but ice, lots of "strawberry" syrup and a scoop of powder. There's no real fruit in these smoothies and they were pretty gross. Sipped mine twice and threw it away on my way out of this coffee shop.

There was a long line of customers in the drive thru - so either there's a popular drink UG serves or the customers just don't know there's wayyyyyy better...

I have service high but atmosphere low because my server, I forget her name but she was a shorter white female with glasses, she was quick with her work and even gave me extra napkins with my drink truly a good worker, but the atmosphere was off, while she was working hard in the main area and behind the counter I couldn’t help but notice an older, heavier set lady in the background just on her phone for most of the time and just generally slacking off, like she wasn’t trying to help even though her and the young girl were the only two workers I could see at the time, I just feel like there’s no balance of work...
