KUROMIES BOBA — Restaurant in Hobbs

Ladies at the front did not want to split a smoothie into two cups for me. Said they would have to charge me for a whole smoothie. I have a 3 and a 5 year old that don’t drink their large one size they have.

My family owns three boba tea locations in Texas. From everywhere I have been pouring the large smoothie into two separate cups wasn’t an issue. So I guess an extra plastic cup and cute seal isn’t worth happy customers. Instead she gave me two coffee cups….

Also both ladies working there have very dry/ clueless attitudes.

Drinks are great staff not so much. i’ve gone in consistently since they’ve opened and at first everything was great but once i was familiar staff starting passing dirty looks and stares and whispers. I was really looking forward to sticking with this place but the more i go the more the younger staff seems to not care, usually messing around, almost knocking things over due to horseplay, not calling out drink orders (will leave drinks sitting until you go and ask) just a lot of immaturity that kills the atmosphere. It was a great experience expect the employees are teenagers if not aware of what the order actually is. I ordered a toro milk tea with creme brulee boba. As I received my ordered as well as my fiances order which was a ice caramel latte with boba as well. We received our orders and they were amazing BUT they were missing the boba.. it was the mane reason for us going to that store and we walked out disappointed. Great service!
