Bowls & Rolls — Restaurant in New Mexico

Just passing through Hobbs and my wife wanted to try this place out because of the cute name. After being ignored by the 2 young ladies working there and trying to figure out their horribly discombobulated menu a patron helped show us how the menu works. After we ordered we waited for 30 minutes and paid almost $90 for a family of 4 and the kids only had beans and rice which ended up making both of them throw up during the time they were eating. My “bowl” was mainly filled with noodles and about 4 chunks of chicken and pineapple and 2 pieces of broccoli and was $27. There are no prices posted anywhere and the “workers” were playing on their phones so it’s just a shot in the dark when ordering. I never leave reviews anywhere but I felt compelled to save other people from this horribly bad service and overpriced...

I absolutely adore poke and was so excited to see this place in Hobbs. We stopped by and I was very pleased to see the vegan options. They even had vegan options for the rolled ice cream!!! The poke was just as delicious as the poke I used to get when I lived in san antonio and austin. The ice cream was delicious as well. The only draw back was the wait time from ordering to getting the food seemed really long especially considering poke doesnt involve a whole lot of cooking (except the chicken my husband got) and at times the music was insanely loud to the point the other customers asking questions could not be heard or hear what the employee was saying. I was so disappointed in the service received today, I walked in and wrote down my order, gave it to the girl working and she hung it up, right after that a door dash order came in which was taken and worked on before my order. I let this go because I figured it might be policy to work on the door dash orders first. Then two other people came in after me that obviously knew the person working and those orders were taken to be worked on so my order was skipped again. At that point I decided that it obviously wasn’t meant for me to get food from there today so I let them know they could take my order down and I left.
