The Tides Ocean View Apartment — Attraction in Hollywood

Nice beach! Bad facility. Let me explain: first day during check in they give us options for car parking: $7 a day or $50 for whole time, I said $7 a day. Result that those ” $7 a day “ it’s only one time come in if you come and go 6 times a day, you have to pay every time $7!!! Then, you have to pay for key fob $20 each, parking permit $20 deposit hopefully they return in the end. Not friendly at all. The back door supposed to be close after midnight, yesterday alrededor locked after 10:25 pm..... Manager asking me, why i wearing my mask wrong side (blue and not white) and she had whom know what kind of colourful cloth whit hearts... She told me, that she gonna research about difference.... The only positive and nice was accommodating Dominican dude! Anyway, I am not recommend this...

The manager for this place Jorge Velez is a despicable man. Treats guest and employees like trash. Unfortunately, he takes advantage of his immigrant employees and exploits them. It’s unfathomable how this human specimen still works in this establishment. There are countless reviews mentioning his performance and attitude towards others. People that I know personally are still waiting for their W2 for 2022 and 2023. Please someone has to do something...
