Decent food and drinks, but would not recommend if you could help it. As others have mentioned, the food and drinks are quite expensive. I would be able to overlook this if they were made well, but unfortunately I can’t say they were. Every morning I would have iced coffee with hazelnut, and every morning it was like I got a different drink. Besides the inconsistency issue, there were some good options like the tuna melt and egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with their power bowl. The team at Counter Point Cafe were a delight to see every morning — namely, Carline, Doroty, Odieu, & Lucy! They are friendly, professional, & crazy quick & efficient. It is clear that Counter Point takes GREAT pride in all they do including how the cafe is presented to the amazing coffee to their food/desserts & overall customer service. Counter Point Cafe is in the lobby of the Diplomat hotel. The food is delicious, the service is top-notch, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I ordered takeout for breakfast and was impressed by the quality—everything was fresh and flavorful. The Cuban sandwich was so good, I had one every day!

A special shoutout to Simone and Lucy for their exceptional customer service. They were polite, attentive, and made my experience even better. Their friendly attitude and professionalism truly stood out.
