Kohl's Plaza — Attraction in Holmdel Township

Store gave me anxiety, I went for a specific pair of Nike sweats and matching sweatshirt and t-shirt. The store was completely unorganized, all the sweat pants were on the wrong hangers couldn’t look for a size by the hanger I always check the tag but when it’s complete mess it’s easier to try to pick a size from what you can see, that was just one long process, I couldn’t even find any sweatshirts in any color or size to match the pants, I gave up after 40min of looking, T-shirt forget about it, they didn’t have not one in female like they show they do to complete the outfit. Went there for a simple outfit I went online to make sure I’m they had before going and it was such a mess all the racks and shelves complete disaster!! Ended up finding one pair of sweatpants in which had a XXL hanger but when I checked tag was a SMALL , got those and ended up getting a pack of socks and had to leave after trying to find the other things I went there for, for 2 hours! It’s not even the holiday season just yet and the store is a mess, just walking in and boom a mess of racks right in front of you. For them for be $65 sweats and $60 sweatshirt , $34 T-Shirt , you’d think they would present the cloths organized and neat, then I spend another 20min at the register not including the line, I was held up due to the cashier not knowing how to process a new credit card, and I had to remind her about my kohls cash or I wouldn’t have gotten that either. The checkout line seemed long and slow until I got in line and realized it was moving quickly. The cashier if you can still use that word was the reason. She was not only efficient but personable while busy at what was before her. It is a pleasant surprise to be able to genuinely commend someone. Having said that I was in a work shirt that really needed to run to the washer skip the hamper. My solution for the rehearsal in an hour was a new shirt. Kohl's sales got me two and saved the price of a third. The lady who helped me with style, material, color (we liked burgundy & Navy), price as a sale item. Khols is there, For a long time most of the other businesses have either closed or look like they’re about to close. Kohl’s is excellent for returning Amazon and they all the usual calls you would expect. The parking lot is a disaster and is mostly used at one end for daily commuters which seems to be down about 60% from pre-Covid times.
