Verizon — Attraction in Homer Glen

This is the first time I have ever left a review and I am happy that my first one is for this Verizon store specifically. My wife has an Iphone and out of no where the phone turned off and we were never able to get it restarted. With her being pregnant, it was important that we got her a working phone as soon as possible. We tried many different locations where they couldnt help us, if they could help us it would be by appointment, which the first available was 2 days out. At this location, where to to begin: Entire staff was very friendly & knowledgeable Got us on a better overall plan Let us know about a promotion going on that we were unaware of, where we were able to get 2 free new Iphones Stayed an hour after the store closed to ensure we were all set before we left. (We did not feel rushed at all)

I truly had a great customer experience and highly recommend everyone going to this store for your cell phone needs.

She knows the store, Verizon, every type of phone, what each deal offers, when the deals end, and every accessory available. I'm telling everyone I know, including the guy who I just ordered a pizza from as well as the guy who will delivery it. Why? Save yourself the lies and do not deal with salespeople at this store. Brian told me there was a promotion for a free phone to add on my account for my son. I asked if I needed to change my plan and how much the extra line would be. He said the promotion wouldn’t change my plan and that since it was our fourth line, “I hit the sweet spot with a fourth line, and it would only be $8-10 extra a month.” Turns out to receive the promotional free phone you need a new plan and the extra line a month was $35 more. On top of that, while in the store, he tried to give me some off brand charging block instead of my discount off of accessories. Running a business is simple. Be honest.
