Very disappointed with my experience in the China town store today! I arrived at the store at about 12:30pm on August 23, 2024 to renew my uncle's mobile phone. The only guy who served me was obviously very unwilling to answer my questions. Because I wanted to confirm the change of plan with my uncle, I told him to make a call. At this time, he had already proposed to give me only 5 minutes because he had to go to lunch. I said I would confirm it immediately and please wait for me. Since I could only pay in cash, I asked my friend to come in and pay. Then several young people came into the store together. He was obviously impatient at this time and said that because I delayed his meal time, so many people came in now, and he should have kicked us out just now. I was in the store for only 10 minutes. I think it is natural for you to serve customers during business hours. If you need to step out, you can explain it to the customer clearly, instead of treating the customer with such a rude and arrogant attitude. Extremely disappointed with this guy...

They have weird hours. Went there a few times and they were closed. Call ahead so you won't be disappointed. Updated review 02.27.2023. Make sure to show up way before 3pm for service. Doors close at 3pm. Have been dealing with Alex for over 5+ years and he is very honest , straight forward, patient and personable. Stood in line and saw crazy people with sob stories in there. Don't try and pull any BS with him, he ain't got no time for any Bu115h;+. Be nice and he will be nice back. Alex deals with a lot of customers that have bad credit, no credit or elderly old school Chinese speaking. Compared to ATnT, Verizon, Sprint , etc will not even talk to you if your credit does not qualify. If you are difficult, walking sad story, manipulative, crazy coocoo ka choo please do not seek him out. He is much too busy for that trash. No offense. 5 golden stars for Alex, hang...

Recently upgraded my boost mobile Android to a iPhone 6 plus at Upnext Wireless. They help me out with transferring all my data from old phone to the new phone as part of the service and surprisingly no additional charge. Staff are extremely helpful and tentative with my request and also spent 1 hour to teach me the tutorial of the new iPhone. Outstanding service I will recommend all my family and friends to visit Upnext Wireless. They show me the aloha spirit....
