It’s. I don’t own the rights to these fotos but they are very accurate. The grounds are very well kept. All The staff members from Security Maintenance HOA and All others are very professional polite curtious and they respond quickly to any concerns. I’m upgrading my unit and they work extremely easily and happily with me. It’s kept clean and neat smelling fresh and clean daily. They’re upgrading things in the building and making efforts to bring pride to us homeowners and tenants. I’m just waiting on the day they can start the upgrading on the much needed plumbing situation. Other than that I’m grateful to be living here.
UPDATE: 10-15-2024 As of this date I’m happy to report that the plumbing in my unit and adjacent units have been updated and other units plumbing are being updated with brand new pipes as well. Also the elevators have been worked on. The grounds are still kept up nicely (trees trimmed, walkways cleaned, bridge painted, grass freshly cut, pool sparkling, chairs are cleaned, gazebo area nice and clean as always. Oh and there is a beautiful Hawaiian mural painted in the lobby. I found a wonderful pest control company that I have been using for the past year and Thank You Jesus no more ROACHES in my unit. I haven’t seen any in our trash shut area so I’m guessing the information I past onto maintenance they’ve followed through on using them. The neighborhood has changed for the better as well. 5 Star restaurant and pubs. New exciting businesses are here. New apartment building here as well. Lots of renovations going on in the neighborhood making this a jewel 💎 of a place that I have been blessed to purchase...
Read moreI lived in Kukui Plaza for a few years. Great location near shopping and public transportation. Good security with security guard station when you enter the building. Beautiful garden and swimming pool. Downside is units get very, very hot during the summer and the plumbing is a tangled mess. Plumbing is tangled up with the unit next door so id you need a plumber, the plumber also has to go into your neighbor"s unit either on the bathroom side or kitchen side (depending on qhere the problem is). That means your neighbor has to be home to let the plumber in or has to leave his or her key with the security guard desk in the lobby so the guard can let the plumber in. Really a pain...

Update 12.18.17- Elevators are broken once a week.. normally over weekends.. it sure is great bringing all my Christmas shopping in a packed elevator.. I cannot be late for anything cuz elevator takes 10 minutes..
Be warned.. Nothing is being done about elevators.. only reactive maintained. Nothing in plains to FIX the problem... sooo shameless.. and the condo assoc LOST $230k last year... or it was stolen they claim...REDFLAG.....
