I want to preface this with you should make your appointment with Helen I came in at 10, but no one showed up until 11 am. My pedicure was phenomenal My fill not so much, I had a new girl working on my nails which I can understand, but I sat there for 4 hours while she was learning and trying to do my nails. During that time, someone came in with an appointment with Helen for a pedicure, got designs on her nails, and was out of there in 45 minutes. I ended up having to leave without my nails being finished because I had wasted my entire day, and didn't even get what I was asking for. The owner gave me 20% off since they didn't finish. But honestly if I could go back, instead of trying to give a new nail shop a chance, I'll just drive to the other side of the island to get my nails done with my old nail lady. The only reason I tried this place out is because we are moving off the island and are staying in Honolulu. The next day I ended up having to go to my original nail lady to get my full set redone. Absolutely LOVE this salon 😍 I just started going here last month and they do not disappoint! My nails are always well taken care of! Make sure that if you want super extra nails (like me 😉) that you allow them time. They always remove my old nails which takes time too! 🙏

I always call or DM them to confirm my appointment before coming in since due to covid their hours of operation are based around appointments 🥰

Went to this salon last weekend because my normal salon is closed on the weekend and I really needed my nails done. The person doing my nails was super inexperienced and didn’t understand basic things I was asking for. My polish looks like a kindergartener did it. It’s the sloppiest polish job I’ve ever had. There was polish all around the sides of my nails, not neat at all. On top of that, I typically get a fill in every 3 weeks and my nails never lift but after getting a fill in from this place, 3 of my nails were lifting within one week. I feel like I wasted $65 because I now have to get a fill in again (a week and a half later). Definitely will not be returning to this salon. There are much better options...
