HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNETHICAL PRACTICES! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I do NOT reccomend this place! I have had nothing but problems and rude customer service. You and your references constantly get harassed, they never have their stuff together! When I first purchased my furniture I was getting paid weekly, my job switched to biweekly and since then its constant problems, the payment was a different amount every time ranged from anywhere from $25 to $89. BUT TODAY WAS THE TOPPER AND WHY I AM QUITTING MY BUSINESS WITH THEM! A few months ago, I had used my boyfriends card to pay my bill over the phone 1 time, well today THEY UNAUTHORIZEDLY CHARGED MY BOYFRIENDS CARD FOR $70!!! I NEVER ONCE AUTHORIZED THE PAYMENT OR AUTHORIZED HIS CARD BEING SAVED TO MY ACCOUNT. THEY HAVE BEEN REFUSING A REFUND, IVE BEEN CALLING ALL MORNING. Finally I found the corporate number and filed a complaint, all the while waiting on a call back from the manager Katherine, who "I will call you back" THREE times without calling me back. When I called Katherine to find out if she found out anything new about getting a refund to his card she said her manager had received my complaint and that they refunded the card. I said okay, can I have a comformation number and when will this appear on the account, then she changed her statement and said well we dont issue the refund it has to be issued through her manager. Well Best way you can come and get your furniture, but you won't get it until my boyfriend gets his money that you STOLE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I went here because I had an old friend who worked here, I SAY GO TO HANKS OR AARONS, I've done business with both of them and they are wonderful and NEVER STEAL YOUR MONEY, HARASS YOU, OR STORE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER...

Best store for renting to own anything from furniture and appliances to electronics . And the manager crystal is the real og best management in hot springs she is the hook up for real great customer services she makes you feel at home not like other stores where they just trying to make a quick buck or rush you it's like having a second family . And ill tell ypu we have movved several times and have switched furniture out and no one ever complains cam and Jon have always helped pitting furniture in even in the tights places no complaints . And Hunter stands on business about payments but he is never rude and always understanding they always try to work with you as long as you communicate. My husband and I needed a new couch like in an ASAP situation and when we went in they were a little limited on choices, but Crystal told us about a couch they had in the back and gave us the prices and she even let us get it for a sale they were going to have before it even started! They let us take the couch set in our own car do to us needing to have it that day! They helped us SO MUCH and she explained everything so perfectly and clearly and was SO NICE!!
