DON"T GO, BE AWARE Bel will switch and bait. Here is a list of their dirty tactics.
1)They will put NO TAX, FREE SHIPPING on the advertisement and when you go to the store will tell you that you can only get either tax OR shipping free. Although you have the advertisement in your hand they will not honor their own ad.
2)they are very shady about telling you the exact price. The furniture will have the price listed on them but if you ask them what the final take home price is they will try to confuse you with all sorts of weird calculations. I work in sales too but still could not figure out the way do the calculation. And the worst thing is they will not give you an exact price. The sales guy will do all sorts of weird calculations and then will say "well it's around thousand five hundred, but you can find the exact cost on the invoice". I asked them several times to give me the "final amount of cash that I have to pay your store" but still he did not give me a straight answer (why? find out below).
3)So finally after getting the price as "around 1500" I went down to their checkout department. After discussing more about the warranty I was told that the warranty was only 1 year, which is absurdly low (for comparison IKEA offers 3-10 year warranty). So I was going to walk out and the sales guy told me that he will give me a special managers discount and he goes in and comes out after some time and tells me that he got me a discount of $100. That's not jaw dropping, but that's not that bad. So I decide to go ahead with the purchase. And we fill forms (lots of them) and the guy now does all sorts of calculations and tells me that my final price is $1600!!! So after the $100 discount, after its tax free my price has actually gone up higher than what we were told initially!!! This is utter BS and a switch and bait. So they are counting on the fact that we are now tired, that we had now been given a "discount" etc to manipulate us in to making a purchase. It s a big scam!!!!

The day it was delivered was when things got bad! It was delivered by two men named Jose and Ayala. I answered the door and they stated they were there to deliver the furniture I said hello and good morning twice before they even greeted me back. They already came to my home with an attitude! They went and put the pieces together and I could hear them throwing things around rushing and being rough with my merchandise!
At the end, I went to inspect it and one of the men was trying to rush me to sign off on it and I told him to give me a chance to inspect for any damages and he got an attitude and walked off. I noticed scratches, dents and wood chipped off. I showed him and he goes to say oh you can just flip it over so it wouldn't be noticeable. I was shocked so I told him no I need to speak with someone about this and he goes to say sign and take pictures and call the store for help.
So I called and Jocelyn V answered, I was trying to tell her what had happened and she kept trying to cut me off and over talk me which was very rude! I asked her a question and she got sarcastic with me saying can she talk now with an attitude. I asked why are you speaking with me this way and asked for her name she refused to give me her name and hung up on me! I called again and she placed me on hold!
Customer service skills suck at this location and I will not be returning! I will be contacting the manager and corporate on this matter! We spent to much money to be treated this way let alone end up with damaged merchandise! They need more training! Read moreOne of the products that was recommended to me by their sales person Ida was defective. The day bed mattress that I got less than 7 months ago. I bought this item along with $2000 worth of other items. I even bought their warranty because the sales person recommend it. Today I go back and inquire about it. They go back in their word and say their warranty is only for certain items only. Very sketchy and deceptive in their business practice. I would rather go to IKEA. They provide better value for your money even when you select their delivery and set-up package while providing one of the best customer service and warranty. Also, IKEA higher end products are way better than outdated designs these people are selling for higher price. Dealing with these people are almost identical to dealing with car sales people, it is all about who does the most sales and they get percentage from it. They will lie to you in your face if they have to. Also, all their mega sale events are nothing more than marking the product at higher price and then putting them on sale. It is just another deceptive practice to deceive customers. Further more they have all these good reviews because every time customer buys something they are very persistent about writing a review right there and then. They will even entice you with some free furniture cleaner or furniture protector in exchange for good review. So I repeat most of their reviews are fake where they entice customers with some cheap free products in exchange for good review. They even ask you to put the names of sales person that sold you the product so they could look good in eyes of management.
