Definitely the worst furniture store I have worked with. I’m referring the SW location. I was told that I could exchange my couch if it didn’t fit. I was so pressured into buying the couch I went with it. Pressured as in he kept dropping the price and adding insurance at a lower price. It was a good deal at the time. The delivery was awful! After calling the store to get in touch with the people who were delivering, they informed me that I had a window of 3-5. Mind you I’m home waiting!!! I called them around 5:30 and they had the nerve to tell me they forgot! Literally did not deliver my couch till 7:00PM.

As expected the couch did not fit. (That’s on me for not checking the measurements) I called and had text conversation for them to pick the couch up. They did the next morning. I have an invoice stating that I had a store credit of $2800. I didn’t see a couch I wanted or anything else at the time. I asked them to contact the finance company to let them know I returned the couch and would be exchanging it But not that day. The Manger (the one you see all over ig) refused. How do you try to make me use MY store credit when you want it to be used. Now I’ve been back and forth with the finance company because I’m not paying for something I don’t have. These people are scammers I was on Facebook and this lady name ANNA! said she had this couch for sale she made it look like it was hers in a storage unit and I was going to look at it she had it listed for $300 so I told her I was driving a hour and 30 mins away she said she’ll meet me so when I got there she told me go in the store I said what store being that they’re is a storage unit right next door I figured it was the storage unit she quickly then said no moda furniture when I walked next door she messaged me and said ask them about the $300 couch they’re were 3 people that worked there and no one was inside I asked they guy where is the couch for $300 and he said we don’t have it we don’t have used then he asked me who sent me I said Anna !! He said of she works from home but let me sale you a new couch for $1500!!!! I said I see what yall did yall getting people in telling them yall have yall own furniture for sale and then sending them to a storage unit but making them walk next door to try and finance them!! She made me drive 1 hour and 30 mins with my baby for no reason he kept telling me but a new couch and let’s finance it come on like all then was in on it and then I seen another lady asking for the same couch two mins later and she walked out mad as well cause they lied

SCAM for sure! I purchased a couch on Father's Day that I saw online. I drove almost an hour to get to the store to find that the couch was NOT $300 but $2500. And the guy I had been chatting with online wasn't even in the state but remote even though he told me to ask for him when I got there. He also told me it came with the ottoman, which I did not get with this couch. The $300 was the starting price of the kiddie couch in the back corner. I found one on the show floor that I liked, but I should have run. I was told the actual couch that would be delivered would be a smaller version, which of course was not in the store, but I was told it was EXACTLY the same couch. It was not. The couch was much smaller AND the pillows were not removable or washable as I was shown in the store. The material which I was told could be scotch guarded, CAN NOT and it is super firm like the one I did not like, the extra small version. I called to exchange for the one that I saw in the store and was told no. I don't even think he really checked because he never would call me back I had to call him multiple times. Crappy business and a bunch of blowing smoke. I'll never go back. Its a shame because I am looking for more furniture for my new house and I would have spent a ton of...
