Holy Ghost Catholic Church — Attraction in Houston

I asked the woman at the front desk a question, she was so unfriendly and rude, I never come back again. :( PD. 04/16/2025 This church always have people with bad actitud. Today I visited church to Check the evens or something to read the news about the celebrations of the week. Was a cleaning lady at the enter door with broom and mopping the floor. I asked her if she saw anything like that and she asked me if I was going to pray first in a bad mood, obviously when yo go to church is supposed what you do, not forced to do.I went inside to seat to expend time talking to God but was a lot of noise bc they was fixing something in the church. Si anyway How you could be prying with people working in there. That’s why I prefer other churches around here with really blessed good mood...

Pastor is nice. office staff is nice but one was out of line and borderline bigoted for telling me my husband and i are not really married because we didn't marry in the catholic church. I spoke to someone about it and they apologized on her behalf but she said what she said and she meant it. I wont judge the whole church based on one person though. Had all of my children...

Great Church! My wife and I have been in Missouri city for several months and have not found a home church. This one is a contender. I attended the 7 AM Mass today- it was intimate, and very nice. There was no music, which was a complete relief as many of the churches I have attended seem more like the choir says the Mass than the priest.
