I've had the pleasure of practicing for couple of weeks now at Loveland Yoga, and I must say, it's been an outstanding experience. The studio's serene atmosphere, coupled with the expertise and warmth of its instructors, makes it perfect for yogis of all levels.
The instructors, Annavy, Angela, Danna, and Kirsten, are all exceptional - each brings their unique style and expertise to the classes, creating a welcoming and enriching environment. Annavy's gentle guidance with some humour helped me navigate even the most challenging poses. Angela's dynamic energy and creative sequencing kept me engaged and motivated. Danna's attention to detail and adjustments helped me refine my practice and prevent injuries. Kirsten's calming presence and thoughtful cues allowed me to tap into my inner peace.
One of my favorite aspects of Loveland Yoga is the incorporation of props, particularly the straps. These clever tools helped me deepen my stretches, build strength, and maintain proper alignment. The studio's creative use of props has taken my practice to new heights.
Another delightful touch is the use of herbal oils during savasana. The subtle aromas and nourishing properties of these oils added a luxurious dimension to my practice, leaving me feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and radiant.
Thank you for providing such a fantastic space for yoga in our community. I highly recommend Loveland Yoga to anyone seeking a high-quality...
Read moreI want to post a review of my Yoga studio. Let me rewind a bit. I am an old Jiu-jitsu guy and have not been able to get to Jiu-jitsu class due to work schedule for some time. I have always stayed pretty active and also lifted weights regularly. I was looking for a place that could help me with my flexibility and a sciatic nerve / hamstring issue. I live close and decided to give Loveland a try. I signed up for the X amount of classes for X dollar amount for a 10 block of classes, I don't remember exactly. I started in May of '24 and have been so happy I did. I attend classes approx 4x a week and more often if I am in town. I am always so refreshed when I leave. I can also say that I have no more issues with sciatic nerve or hamstring tightness. The instructors are all so patient and offer options for members that are beginning to more advanced poses. The community is so welcoming and supportive and the owners, Annavy and Bobby are such great humans. They remember every person that walks through the door and are always so welcoming. If you want to try a Lovely, peaceful Yoga studio in Garden Oaks you have to come say hello. You won't be sorry you did. Some day, I want be a "Yoga guy" like all the cool people at...
