Mecom Fountain is a 1964 fountain designed by Eugene Werlin, located in the traffic circle at the intersection of Main and Montrose streets in Houston, Texas, in the United States. It was presented to the City of Houston by John W. and Mary Mecom and was the largest in the city at the time it was completed.

Beautiful fountain. Enjoyable to see while driving or running/walking on a nearby path. It is very difficult to get it close as you have to cross traffic in a roundabout to get there. There are also no crosswalks to get right up to it, which makes timing walking across the street difficult. However, if you do want to get up to it, it is a beautiful area for some really cool shots. Whether you were taking pictures with people in front of the fountain, the background buildings, or just the pretty clouds and the picturesque Hermann Park in the background, this is a great place for photography.
