This store has REALLY gone downhill. I came in the other day to sell some t-shirts for store credit and upon arriving to the counter the employee working asked if I was in need of any help and if I was looking to sell and I replied yes I'm looking for store credit. Before anything was even looked at or acknowledged he said that he wasn't looking to do buys because he wasn't knowledgeable on how to price my t-shirts? Seriously? I essentially had to explain the values on each shirt and that most are listed on grailed so prices shouldn't be too hard to get only to get the response "Yo bro I got you don't worry, I'm sorry for the confusion before but ill at least take a look at them" I have owned my own resale shop for 3+ years on Instagram and know the basics of offering on clothes and turning a profit. EASILY the shirts that I brought in were worth 850$+ and they had the audacity to offer me 120$ Store Credit (20% more than cash offers) for everything and got noticeably irritated when I questioned the price on each shirt and whether or not they knew what they were talking about. When Andrew and Jacob were involved with this store it was 1000x better with pricing and inventory. I don't know if it has swapped management or if management has just stopped caring about the reputation the store has but I will no longer be shopping here knowing that the employees and upper management don't care about the Houston Vintage and Reselling Community as...
Read moreWalked in to buy a hat and a pair of sneakers bc it was $payday$ Brought in a rockets jersey and a travis scott astroworld hat from his first astroworld festival to see if I could get some store credit. Asked if they took store credit and the guy at the counter responded "To be honest i probably wouldn't even take them. Maybe try pavement next door." I thought he was really rude. I wouldn't have brought my hat with me if I hadn't seen travis scott stuff being sold in there before. The jersey definitely was too new to be sold there after glancing at their selection. Didn't like the dude's tone so I just turned and walked out without...
Read moreOver priced, they get stuff from donation centers by the potatoe sacks, find some gems and price them crazy high, low ball everything people bring in, and if you do decide to sell them something. Say for $60 they sell it for $180-225. They have fake items in there store, random sizes, unorganized, bottom line the bottom of the barrel of the streetwear/sneaker community of Houston Tx. Terrible customer service also, treat customers like they are worthless. BEWARE OF “PETTY CASH” because they didn’t name it that just because it sounded good. Lol literally spot on for what they...
